The walls are thin and all of the doors have gaps around them so you can hear pretty much everything happening (not much privacy in the bathroom even with two doors shut). We could hear our neighbours but this wasn't a problem for us. Two of the three bedrooms have low headroom due to the slopped roof and the main living room has a low ceiling too but shouldn't be a problem for most people. The wifi available is slow (< 5mbps) and has trouble loading most videos above 480p (but this is to be expected due to the rural location) - would not be suitable for work. Initial booking confirmation included incorrect cottage details but the host messaged closer to the time with different cottage and check-in instructions.

The cottage was very clean and easy to get into. The host was friendly and accommodating and there was plenty of parking available. Tea and sugar were provided and the kitchen was equipped with the basics as well as a fridge, freezer and coffee pod machine. The beds were okay with spring mattresses and plenty of wardrobe space. The location was lovely and quiet, close to Conwy but our preference was to drive around to Llandudno (about a 25-minute drive) where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, a very nice stay and recommend it.

Really don't have any gripes!

Lovely and quite and we were happy to be left alone to enjoy ducks waddling around outside and peaceful atmosphere. Plus it was the ideal location for us.

The creaking floors from neighbouring cottage were very loud at night. The coffee machine was great but we would have liked a cafetière too.

Overall good value but do note one of the bedroom has very low headroom. I had to bend down very low to get onto my side of the double bed.

The location was perfect, not too far from the centre of Conwy. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 3 nights as we were climbing Snowdon. It was around an hour away which was great as there were many other places that we wanted to stop off at.

Nothing I didn't like.

Tracey kindly left the door unlocked for me as I was arriving late (10pm) and the keys were left in the kitchen. Otherwise the keys would have been left by the front door in a lock box for which you're given a code. I stayed in Oak Cottage. There's a booklet on the coffee table giving you Wifi passwords and other information. The cottage can accommodate three people. Two good sized bedrooms (one large double and a single in the other room.) Plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with shower. The living area is a good size with a 3 seater sofa and a large TV. The kitchen is well equipped and forms part of the living room area. Tea and coffee provided. I took a cool bag with other provisions for the first day or so. Everywhere was very clean, comfortable and nice decor. Plenty of parking space outside. There is a main front door and also another door the other side of the lounge opening out onto a small terrace garden with table and chairs. Everything was excellent. No bad points at all as far as I'm concerned. If you're tall you just have to mind the beams in the bedroom and when in the shower you may have bend slightly as the ceiling is a tad low. Good location. There are two pubs nearby serving good food. A great place to stay from which to explore the area and the stunning scenery. Highly recommended.

Great location and a beautiful setting. It was clean, comfortable and so spacious for three people. The kitchen was very well equipped ad honestly could not ask for more. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Snowdonia and we will recommend it to our friends/family.

Nice and clean, also perfect size for a couple. Local to lots of places in north wales. 40 mins to nant Peris to walk snowdon, 20 mins to Llandudno, 10 mins to conwy, 18 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Perfect for travelling and sight seeing multiple places in north wales. Very well kept and quite premise. Cleans and very well maintained
