It Was difficult for the Taxi to locate the area because it was a house and not a hotel. The amenities were limited. We did not see any staff on the day. Is it an air BNB or a hotel? Very confusing. Bed was tiny for 2 people. The mattress is very thin.

Can't turn radiators down so Very hot without windows wide open. Several light bulbs missing in bedroom (bathroom has only 1 very dim light). No batteries in broken remote so can't use TV. Mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. Over complicated booking process, with additional requirements and payments after booking online. All being said I would stay again as it met my basic needs.

Good location for my work. Left alone. Quiet building. Clean and tidy. Reasonable price. Nice shower.

The bed was awful, the mattress was virtually non existent. The bathroom door had a nail and a piece of string to keep it closed. Walks, paintwork etc we’re very shoddy. The cutlery drawer and contents were grubby. No tea or coffee etc.

The hoops to jump through- full payment on booking and a contract to be signed and returned with all ID. THEN a £1 credit card check, THEN a £25 deposit. By far the most complicated booking we made out of 10 others throughout Europe, for THE most basic accomodation. All for a tiny room in a house, suitcase on the floor, bed springs covered by 1cm of mattress.

My bathroom drain was blocked, I took a shower standing in the pool of my own wash water. This was so disgusting, I contacted the staffs to fix it, sent them photos and they completely ignored my messages. My toilet flush was broken, I had to option than to fix it myself since the staff/host could not be bothered to fix it and make my stay memorable. The double bed is worn out, it felt like you are lying directly on springs I was lucky I booked a triple room, I had to sleep on the single bed. The house is great, but attention needs to be placed on maintenance. I messaged the host/staff to fix this issues because I don't want to leave a negative review, but they ignored my complaint, so they left me no choice.

Cleanliness was poor, lots of dust behind radiators, rubbish on the floor, and could do with a fresh paint, also no remote for tv, lots of noise coming from the street.

Very noisy house - walls thin. The toilet didn't work. This was a self-check in hotel which wasn't obvious when the booking was made. Extra charges were added on top of agreed price.

toilet broke, door to toilet had no lock, toilet seat broken, no plug for sink, shower rail falling of wall, free toiletries was a dispenser with a sign saying if removed £50 fine. Decoration needed ASAP, heating valves broken. Overall, it needs a major refit. paid 2 nights stayed 1 preferred to travel home after a 14-hour day.

Early arrival was unexpected on our behalf. We hadn't thought there would be nobody there so we thought it would be OK to drop off our bags and head out to central London but that incurred an early arrival fee so a small storage area preferably coded for early arrivals would be more logical. Kitchen and lounging area were pretty dim. It could do with a new coat of bright paint. Room wise... No toilet mat nor toilet paper holder. Shower case door was half unhinged. Body soap provided was hand soap. Bed would be better off with two extra pillows. The ironing set was a good addition but not quite adjustable to which hand you use it with. Window desk was bend down as if it had been sat on. Things kept slipping off it. Curtain were a bit gloomy. No remote control. Also needed a new coat of paint overall, some proper coverage for wall cracks. Bathroom ceiling was old. Garden could have been a nice back view but it was overgrown. And there was no sign outside along the main road to indicate the name of the "hotel". Price is a little steep given the conditions above especially counting in the early arrival fee. A for locational but setting could be a lot better!

It was 5 stops away from Heathrow Terminal 5 via Bus 432 stop at Pinglestone Close Stop H. Bus stop is right across or right next to the hotel. Not exactly a hotel, it was like a house with rooms built hotel style and with a common kitchen and lounginn area. Connected to the Elizabeth Line to via Bus U3 to West Drayton station via Warick Road. We had only the afternoon and evening to have a quick wander around London before flying the day after so this was amazingly useful and practical. Outside there are convenience stores, a nice cafe, and an İstanbul restaurant. Room on the ground floor opens up to the back garden. Bed was alright, cupboard and TV were functional. Housekeeper was friendly, management was easy to correspond with.

Good location if you're travelling from/to the airport. Room was fine but the service was poor. There was no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom which should have been there as per description. Upon contacting property several times to check if some toiletries can be provided, I was only advised that I should check the bathroom. Follow ups were ignored. Basic customer service skills are non-existent.
