We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCant fault the place only suggestion is the rooms could do with being brought up to date but not essential.
Stayed lots of times previous, this time we wanted to use the leisure facilities and a night with a different scenery. Used the facilities excellent value, nice big room , big bathroom , right on the sea front. We paid a little extra for breakfast next morning. Plenty of choice good quality.

United Kingdomwe travel with our dog and hotels state they are dog friendly but we find that we are met with a no on a morning for breakfast.we dont mind sitting somewhere else but felt that it would have been nice to have had our breakfast table set for us as the hotel knew that we had a dog and had prebooked breakfast.there was also a discrepency about the bill when we checked in booking.com stated no charge for our dog and then we were charged 20 pounds.
the room with sea view was great and the added bonus of the swimming pool and steam room.breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.staff friendly and helpful and rooms very clean.

United KingdomOur first night was very quiet and restful. However, the second night was very noisy with shouting and loud voices up to 4 o’clock in the morning. One male voice shouting very loudly on several occasions. I had to put earplugs in to try and sleep.

Breakfast was good, the set up could be better, ie at table pick up coffee cup go to flasks fill cup, walk across service area with hot coffee to fridge for milk if it's busy with people it's a bit dangerous.
