There was a lack of kitchen equipment such as tongs and a toaster. The people above were noisy and there was lots of thumping/ running in the corridors.

The location was excellent and our room had a large window which opened onto the park. We walked to and from central London several times. The staff at reception were very helpful in printing our football tickets and providing assistance. The room was well serviced daily with fresh towels and beds made which was great. The bathroom amenities of body wash, shampoo and soap was terrific.

The staff at reception wasn't as helpful except for 2. One was exceptionally rude that I had to speak to the manager.

Location of the hotel is nearby to 2 tube stations. There are also a lot of halal restaurants surrounding the area. Everything else is also accessible.

Poor extraction of the smoke, whilst cooking we had the accommodation staff coming into the apartment to see if there was a fire, had to open the windows to clear the smoke, smoke detectors right above where you cook

The size of the bed. The smell coming out of some apartments while walking through the maze of hallways You feel like a mouse working your way through all the corridors and fire doors

In a decent location close to shops and 2 different underground stations. Good having a bath and a mini kitchen. great having room made each day

The tub in the bathroom was a challenge for me. It is very deep and narrow, so I was afraid I would fall when I got out of it. I was extra careful, being a senior. The layout of the rooms was a little inconvenient.

My bed was very comfortable. The pillows were great too. The kitchen area was a good extra. All in all, I would come back if I returned to London.

Our first room was a bit smaller and the carpet had a smell - but hotel accepted to change our room

They arranged for us to be on same floor as our family members in other apartments and allowed us to change room mid stay. Serviced meant we got change of towels and room cleared up regularly. Had a quadruple - comfortable for us with 2 young kids to move around. Option for linen at a reasonable cost

Access to 98% of rooms is through long narrow corridors with steps & fire doors at every turn, there are 3 small lifts to each level. Because of this factor I would not stay there again. draging the suitcases through fire doors & stairs isn't on.

we stayed in room 420 2B/R with kitchen/microwave & bar fridge & Hotplates, Dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, medium size bathroom with shower over bath. Linen changed daily & towels. Could open windows.

Very long corridors to get to the room

Quite small rooms, but still convenient, and the hotel is very well located, which makes it a good place to stay at a reasonable price

The rooms were a bit run down with what appeared to be a lot of cheap fixes on things. The beds were old and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The staff wasn’t very friendly, with limited to say during check in and check out. Not even a hello when you’d walk by.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes walk to busier streets with restaurants and public transportation. The room was a decent size and had everything you might need for a short stay.
