The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was great size and design. Cleaning service was provided daily, which was appreciated. Additionally, I enjoyed the availability of a free and spacious car park and free Wi-Fi!

It just needs a bit of work doing to some of the rooms. You can tell it used to be a high end hotel, and some rooms are still of that quality, but I’ve stayed in a few rooms now where the shower needs attention (115 where I stayed last night does!). I also feel sometimes the floors need cleaning a bit more. I hate dirty feet and sometimes have too much fluff on them from walking around. There was sequins all over my floor last night for some reason that kept getting stuck to my foot… Really random… The bedding is also sometimes stained. I just think attention to detail could be a bit better at times. Having said all of the above, I choose to stay here often (sometimes once a week!) because of the convenience and I know if I ever had a major issue that it would be resolved by the friendly staff and management!

It’s so convenient location wise, super close to local restaurants and has free secure car parking! Comfy beds and most rooms are a good size… Most of the staff are very friendly, however one is an absolute jobsworth (unfortunately dont know his name!). Martina in particular is one of the friendliest receptionists though! Every time I come, and she is on reception, I just know checkin / checkout is going to be smooth and friendly. The fact she knows me by name now gives the extra touch! Upper management have always been friendly enough when I’ve seen them too, especially if I’ve had any issues. The complimentary water and toiletries in the room, and of course the breakfast, is a great touch too!

Breakfast was persistently referred to as ‘complimentary’… it’s in the price so not sure why they kept saying it… although it was average and you have to sit at one of many large banqueting tables.. all a bit strange.

Not as quiet as would have like as huge metal tubing things outside window & parking. But tv & aircon in room drowned out noise. Slept well though. Need to be a driver to make use of location. No restaurant nearby so ordered takeaway. Though breakfast was complimentary it was basic but of you're hungry it does the job. It wasn't worth me getting up for the 2nd morning.

Comfy bed - slept well until 2nd night where snoring rattled the room. Cleanliness good. Awesome power shower.would go again just for a nice shower! Polite & helpful staff. I was able to finish study which is main reason for staying.
