The swimming pool was nice but the jacuzzi was barely warm and the sauna was out of action completely. We were upgraded for our stay and the room was lovely.

The hotel seems to frequently change it's staff which is a shame, when we first went we had a massage in the spa but the last three times they don't have anybody there anymore. Also while the food is lovely, it takes ages to come out, we went for dinner at 7:30 and finished at 9:45 which is extremely long when you think the meal can be eaten in 5 minutes as it's not big, also the same food on both nights but cooked differently by two chefs, needs to be consistent. Also the taps in the room were stiff to turn and hot water came out the cold first?! And cold out the hot before it went scourging.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are big, the staff are very friendly and the bar man Keiran (I think it's spelt that way) has a great character and reason we like going back (4 times now) . Also Jason in the dinning room is always friendly and polite. The food is lovely.

Was a little disappointed with the family room. 2 adults and 2 children, was expecting (like on picture) maybe a seated area as well as 2 beds. Need somewhere to sit when 4 of you, especially children.

Staff very pleasant at reception and bar. Eating in the bar, food was good and great for kids. Great use of the pool .

Leisure club not having sauna or steam room working a bit disappointing as main reason I chose here, was intended as an early mothers day present. Also very cold in there and not staffed. Soggy hash browns at breakfast, and evening meal fish and chips a bit burnt mum had the beetroot veggie thing and didn't find it very tasty

Great dining at the Grange, we have been there a few times and the evening menu is always very good. Breakfast has all the expected dishes on offer and our room was excellent. Staff are very friendly and happy to help

The room was quite small and didn’t have a window that looked outside, however we did only book the basic room. I think if we were staying longer we would’ve upgraded to a larger room.

The staff at breakfast were a bit slow in seating and serving drinks. Unfortunately the steam room in the leisure centre was out of order. Struggled to find a car parking space. Poor Wi-Fi.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Excellent value for money. Great leisure facilities with a warm swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Nice food at breakfast. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Food was a little slow and the burger was overcooked. The young staff were doing their best and were very polite and professional. Sort the food out and it’s an ace place :) xx

A proper full double bed. More modern /newer styling to the bedrooms. And there was some rubbish on floor when we went in so room had not been properly hoovered. There was no do not disturb sign for us to hang out.

Breakfast was exceptional for a hotel buffet style. Hot, fresh and with a selection of egg choices and other items to order available. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Pool was nice, although the changing area quite small, and the steam room was not on. Food in bar was good. and staff in bar nice and friendly. Didn’t eat in the main restaurant so can’t say anything about that. Room was a little tired looking and quite dated. And bed seemed to be 2 singles put together to make a large double, so although comfy, there was the ‘ridge’ down the middle which is quite annoying.

The room overall was great size. However room 232 where we stayed the tv wouldn’t work (kept saying no signal), the room was boiling hot due to the radiators being on all the time with no way to turn them off. Furthermore the carpet wasn’t very clean and needed hoovering and also the sofa bed was so uncomfortable it couldn’t be slept on and i had to put the mattress from it on the floor to sleep.
