Everything! The breakfast was exceptional.

Lovely stay. Presently surprised with this hotel. Warm reception, immaculately clean, bedding beautiful. Staff could not do enough for us.

The only thing was the noise from the floor above until about 2am (not hoteliers fault.. Just inconsiderate guests).

Mems ( apologies if I spelt her name wrong) on reception was just superb. On checking in there was a mishap in the room that caused an injury to my child. Mems was on the ball, she came straight to our room, had her manager on the phone (who was also a delight to speak too) and between them they arranged an alternate room and a few extras as a gesture of goodwill - they really could not have been more helpful. Customer service, excellent. Facilities at the hotel, excellent. Location, excellent - opposite south pier. We found everything to be clean and tidy. Breakfast, excellent - good choice and speedy service from lovely staff.

At times there wasn't many staff about to help with enquires. The beds could do with an upgrade.

Breakfast was lovely, fantastic selection. The location was perfect and close to all amenities. Good valve for money.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Directly across from the South Pier, right next to Wetherspoons for all our family meals, 5 mins walk from the pleasure beach, decent parking near by and a two min walk to the nearest tram stop. Staff went over and above to make us welcome, facilities were great, over a great place to stay. Will definitely be back!

Everything. The young lady “Mim” who met us on arrival exceeded our expectations. She allocated our room on the ground floor and our breakfast in the ground level dining room, because she saw I had difficulty walking. Thank you “Mim”

Breakfast 8-9 might not be suitable for everyone.

Very close to the south pier, shops and beach. Breakfast was good, was nice how it was set up. Nice for a quiet family get away.

When we got to the room we had goose down pillows and duvet which I am allergic to but the staff changed the bedding while we were out , absolutely fantastic 👍

Didn't like the bed up against the radiator, my husband hit his knee on it when in bed.

Room very small even though a superior room, could do with a refurbishment. Would of been nice to have bath in the room.

Excellent hotel, family of 5 the rooms are brilliant and not many accomadete for 5 always need 2 rooms but here we Had a double bed and 3 bunkbeds perfect 👌 staff are friendly and very help full.. the place is spotless, bed are super comfy brilliant for children had a little arcade and pool room, well stocked bar with a friendly atmosphere, location is perfect 2 min walk to south pier and sand castles and 5 mins from pleasure Beach, we will definitely be back to stay again

The only thing we needed was more cups/tea bags in the family room as there was 6 of us with the kids but only 3 cups. Quick visit to reception & we were sorted!

The only thing I disliked was no lock on the bathroom door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room itself was lovely, very clean, tidy and plenty of room. There were 6 of us and we feel it was perfect for us. We liked the hotel so much we decided to book with them again for an extra night and will be booking with them next time we venture to Blackpool!
