We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A beautiful building, fabulous views of the river and cathedral. Staff very accommodating and offer to book our restaurant in town for the evening nice touch as was the shuttle service.

United KingdomThe breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order but it could be improved by not putting sausages bacon etc all out in one go keeping it topped with freshly cooked items.
We wee lucky and had an upgrade to a room with a view of the river. The best feature was the was the mini bus into town an collection after our evening meal.

FranceIf I’m being picky the temperature of the shower was hard to control and there was some noise in the morning from the breakfast room & kitchen.
Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were given vouchers for a welcome drink and there was a free minibus to the City Centre. We walked as it wasn’t very far.
