Immaculate cosy and in the perfect location. Like a little home away from home. Stocked with all you need for a few days away and in the heart of some lovely tea shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

There was a lot of communication which was great, but just made sure to keep track of the relevant information.

Fantastic location, really homely and incredibly comfortable. Everything you’d need for your stay and it’s right up the top near the cathedral which was fab. Lovely place to stay!

Nothing really.

There was no breakfast this property it is self catering. However, the hosts left a welcome pack which included tasty scones and clotted cream, Very nice. I have stayed in this property lots of times. It has always been clean, tidy and comfortable. It located adjacent to the castle and near to the cathedral and so is ideal for a stay in the heart of Lincoln.

There were far too many communications pre arrival, it got quite confusing at times to know what I needed to do and after all that I still needed to contact the host for the instructions to get the key!

Good location for the landmarks of Lincoln and situated in a quiet location just back from the main street. The hosts provided everything I needed for a business trip and it was nice to have somewhere to cook and relax rather than always having to go out.

The entrance to the property is up some outside steps however there are banishments.

Situated in the centre of Lincoln near pleasant restaurants, shops and the Cathedral The property was much larger than expected with and fully equipped with everything you need. Perfectly clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom The large bed was comfortable and although in the large same room as the settee they felt separate with the layout The owners think of everything even providing fresh scones jam and clotted cream, tea coffee and milk for your arrival There are plenty of car parks in the vicinity The Wifi works well. The property is warm.

The apartment was brilliantly placed right in the centre of the cathedral quarter. Ideal for sight seeing in the area. It also had everything you could possibly need for the perfect stay. The hosts had thought of everything !

Great apartment so close to the castle where we were able to watch the coronation party. You can access the castle grounds free of charge and they have a cafe in the grounds where you can get lunch etc.,

Streets are a little noisy at weekends.

The studio was brilliantly located in the Cathedral area. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and good value property. Highly recommended.

I could happily live in the flat. All furniture very comfortable, lovely big comfortable bed, everything you needed in the kitchen, shower and bath, we knew where it as before we went but the location is stunning, hosts were very communicative and helpful, we go to Lincoln a lot and this will now be our No 1 choice for accommodation.

TV location is a little way from the bed and Sofa and it's a small TV so can make it hard to see it.

Entry is by a back fire escape which is a bit odd but does give total privacy. Aforementioned Steep Hill but it is a known tourist attraction.

The flat is above the coffee shop of the same name and in a quiet alley. From the windows you can see the castle walls and see and hear the cathedral bell towers. The room was comfortable with good facilities. The bathroom and kitchen were superb. The location is ideal for visiting the tourist sites and there are many good restaurants in the area. Access to the town is via the aptly named Steep Hill which is OK going down but worth investing in a bus ride up to near the cathedral.

Minor gripe the bath with shower could do with some sort of nonslip mat in it. No mention that I could see that the apartment is on the first floor with no access for wheelchair users, also there is a step to cross over as you enter the front door. Apartment could benefit from a deep clean as dust and cobwebs are everywhere on chandler's. under the bed, on the wardrobe ect.

The studio apartment is in the middle of historic Lincoln a stones throw way from the castle and the cathedral, you can see the castle wall from the apartment. Loved the layout and it is well presented throughout lovely bathroom and very well equipped kitchen with all you could need for a short break. Studio is decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings. Nice touch fresh Scones, clotted cream and preserve waiting for you when we arrived.
