Apart from the blind being broken and a loose handle in the twin room (very minor). I can't fault this apartment. Yes, there are some steep steps down to the entrance from the parking area but this is mentioned by the host, there is easier access from the front of the apartment though. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a black-out blind in the twin room. The lights in the steps at the rear of the property are quite bright and the current blinds don't block it out that much.

You couldn't ask for a better view. It really was a treat to wake up to. The apartment was perfect for us (family of 4) and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfy, and the welcome bottle of wine and other little essentials was a nice touch. Having a parking spot is definitely a bonus, although a little testing to get into with a larger car. The location was perfect, close enough to the main town (20min walk) with its selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants, but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. The Old Sail Loft Restaurant was our favorite spot for a drink whilst the kids enjoyed crabbing. Plenty of public transport nearby and having the train station was perfect for a trip to St. Ives. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and we will certainly return if we visit Looe again.

The owners of the apartment left wine for us to welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. The owners took care of a folder with information about local restaurants and shops and places to visit.

Roosting sea gulls made the outside bedroom balcony totally unusable- the property need to ensure that this issue is addressed after nesting season. Be aware of the very steep steps down from car park. Parking space is very tight so larger vehicles may well struggle, especially if both neighbouring spaces are occupied

Amazing location, the views were beyond expectations. The apartment itself was very well equipped, everything was thought of to be provided. Only a very short wak into Looe so location was perfect. Loads of wardrobe space for hanging clothes and the rooms were very well proportioned. The main bedroom was spacious, and the large double bed was very comfortable Couldn't of been happier with our choice of accommodation

The balconies were filthy and need some more attention. The television is also very dated and it would have been nice to have been able to watch a good film on a good screen one of the evenings.

The parking space was a bit tight but we have a van so we just parked down the hill.

The accommodation was fantastic well equipped and beautiful sea views amazing and a perfect location to explore Looe two lovely balconies to sit outside and watch the sea. I would recommend the accommodation to anyone

Great location, 15 - 20 min walk to town or two min car journey. Amazing views and impressed with apartment with an on-suite and a large bathroom with huge bath. Your own parking bay as well which was very useful!

The steps. There were 58 (I counted!) steep steps from the car space down to the door. This is mitigated by the ramp down to the main road but there's no step free access.

Fantastic views. Walking distance to both Hannafore and East Looe beaches and a comfortable flat with high standard modern decor. The welcome pack was very thoughtful. Wine and chocolate biscuits are great but a loaf of bread, butter, milk and teabags are even better.
