Tv didn’t work couldn’t get a signal. Leave shower as set as it get very hot if you turn it up! But clean and powerful.

Smoke alarm went off too easy when making toast Cold down stairs no heating other than the towel radiator in the bathroom. Disappointed by the broken door handle and the uncertainty of getting in and out but was replaced next day with something more substantial. We felt that this should have been repaired before we arrived. We could not make tv work, the only channel that seemed to work was Netflix but even that had 4-5 profiles all in a foreign language left by previous clients. Was hit and miss if you found something to watch.

The bed was quite cheap and didn't have a premium feel to it. The fire alarm is quite bright in the bedroom and is situated very close to the bed. The bathroom sink was very small but it makes sense for the size.

Location was ideal as it was close to the major A road, and very close to the city centre but far enough that it was quiet and pleasant! The place was perfect and had everything we needed for a nice stay and the facilities were great. TV was huge and of good spec! Nice to also have car parking off street too! Sky windows were a really nice touch and had blinds to black out the sun in the morning for a good lay in! The room and bed were extremely clean!

It was very clean. Smelt great and was exactly like the pictures. I really enjoyed staying at this property, it was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The hosts were also lovely and there was privacy

Very cold on arrival. Unfortunately the iron was spewing too much limescale to iron my shirt - glad I had a back up to wear. I thought the additional cleaning cost was a bit cheeky! ESP as instructions suggest to take your rubbish with you!

Very spacious, loved the facilities - microwave, cooker plate, toaster, etc. Very clean, clearly new. Enjoyed the instruction booklet. Glad that access to the property was straightforward. Area is in the suburbs, so a quiet sleep.

I rarely post a poor review but this was a very disappointing stay. The photo of the exterior was of the owner's house and not of the garage (which is where we stayed). The agent did not send the video re instructions for the location of the property until 2.00 am the following day. Luckily the owner was in and showed us where to go. The property was accessed down a lane at the back of the house. A Velux window had been left open by the cleaners so the floor and an upholstered dining chair were wet. A dirty tea-towel had been left in the washing machine. The water heater was broken; the agent put the onus on the owner to sort this. As it was the Easter weekend, he couldn't call anyone out. He offered a solution: that we took our washing up to his house which just wouldn't have been practical. Fortunately the shower was electric so it wasn't a complete disaster. The bedding was poor quality: a thin duvet and thin pillows with no pillow protectors. When I contacted the agent on our return and requested a refund, they were unapologetic and claimed I had been offered a solution to the problems which I had refused. Presumably they meant I should have walked across the garden to take the washing up to the owner. The charge for the cleaning of such a small property was unreasonable.

- Bathroom smelt strongly of urine and the shower had mould in it - Walls and banister to stairs were very dirty - Mattress felt uncomfortable and poor quality - Back lane of a residential street did not make for a welcome entrance - Overall felt the quality of the accomodation did not match the price

The unusually cold weather caused a problem with a lock freezing and the layout of the studio led the downstairs kitchen and bathroom area to be bitterly cold. As a result, through no fault of the host, my stay wasn't as comfortable as it might have been. The studio itself was well appointed and immaculate and the host dealt with a problem with the TV within minutes.

I think you need a light to come on by the key lock. But that’s not important

it was absolutely lovely. hidden away, but near where we needed to be. Everything in the apartment was perfect. The instructions to get there make sense when you’re actually there. Can’t fault it really.

It was in a great location for us visiting family just up the road in a very quiet location. It was well appointed, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We had very good communication with the property managers too. We’d definitely like to stay again.

We weren’t sure what to expect but it was easy to find, in a nice location and was very secure. The flat was clean, cute and cosy and had everything we needed for 1 night. Check-in was easy and we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Bristol.
