The bathroom in the basement almost every shower was not working x the smell is kind of on the verge but I guess it’s cause of rude visitors and not about the hotel . Cause other floors were pretty clean and the facilities were running x maybe the dorm section should be rules a bit better cause in 12 bedroom respect and hygiene is missing a little bit although cameras are installed

Location in wood green perfect with nice restaurants one of the best lahmacun and close to Alexandra palace and park . Cool staff and actually nice and practical rooms and dorms

Not the safest looking area if you have small children. Be aware that the luggage store isn't a locked room.

I asked more than a week earlier for a bottom bunk bed but clearly they did not bother satisfying my request,since I saw that every day new beds in low bunks were getting free.

Bunk beds have a sort of privacy.They make an effort of giving coffee/tea fac.Friendly staff/environment/guests. I may go back.

Doors close at 11pm and you need to call a phone number to be let in. A problem if you lose the number or run out of battery on your phone on a night out.

Quiet. Very large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good temperature in the room (if anything a bit too hot, easily fixed by opening the window to a quiet back garden).

Ants everywhere. It was a hot day though so I don’t particularly blame the staff for this. No breakfast on offer but a perfectly decent cafe two doors away with lots of options.

The location is the best thing about this property. The bus stop and tube is directly outside. There are plenty of places to eat late at night. It’s a few bus stops away from Alexandra palace. The beds were comfortable.

The bed was quite small to share between 2 people and the shared bathrooms being on another floor was a bit of trouble but still great for the price

Smell from the kitchen at the lift area and staircase which comes from the restaurant kitchen

Upgraded to a room with bathroom, early check-in without any extra fees, was allowed to sit downstairs after checkout as long as we wanted

The atmosphere was a bit cold but as we were there for just one night it really didn’t bother us too bad! We were woken up pretty early too but that might not be the case every morning x

It can be a bit loud on the road side of the building, Wood Green is a busy area but I knew this.

Great location, friendly staff, nice room. The shared bathroom facilities are fine, it might put other people off but factoring the price out want an issue.

Towels had some stains on and bed wasn't to my liking..too soft. But that's a preference, just meant I slept badly.

Only criticism is would be nice to have more plugsockets and a longlength mirror in the bedroom

We needed somewhere close to ally pally so we could travel easily... we wanted clean, friendly and basic room and we got it... really nice stay with thanks

Hotel was right on a main road and there was constant noise throughout the night.

The location of the hotel was perfect as we were travelling to the Alexandra Palace
