Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomA oven in the kitchen would have been nice
Great space inside the tent, and the beds were comfy. The stay gives you free stay to the next door adventure park which was real fun for the kids.

What an amazing find. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the cafe was lovely and they even brought out something for our dog. The park itself is spread out, well signed posted and definitely worth a visit. We stayed in the Tipis for two nights - park tickets are included, which is great value. Ellen who looks after the Tipis is amazing. She explained everything clearly and showed us to our Tipi. The tipi itself was immaculate, the beds are so comfy. We used the fire one night which was lovely to just chill. It is so quiet there. There is everything you need - a fridge, kettle and microwave. There are locked lockers for charging phones etc. You need towels if you want a shower. The BBQs are near each Tipi and there is your own eating area. The tipi has tea, coffee, sugar and uht milk pots. There are crockery and cutlery to use. Hot water bottle are also provided. This place is a little gem of a find and we will definitely be back. The Tipi area and park are all dog friendly. Loved it xx

United KingdomThe kitchen facilities were inadequate and dirty. There was only a microwave and two kettles in a shared (very small and windowless) kitchen. All the cooking pots and crockery were metal/enamelled so couldn’t be used in the microwave! It would have been more practical for each tipi to have a kettle and a single burner/hot plate. (We have glamped before where each tent has its own mini fridge, gas hob and kettle.) I (wrongly). assumed there would be a hob - whoever camps without a hob?? I couldn’t even boil up pasta for my children…. Although there are bbqs by each tipi, glampers were required to supply their own charcoal (the weather was too inclement for us to bbq anyway). The wood burner was too small for the size of the tipi and nigh on impossible to keep alight. The lighting around the facilities was too bright and shined into our tipi all night - see the illumination in photos attached! This pic was taken with all our interior lights off. The tipi could have done with a small dining table inside as it was too wintery to eat outside. There was rubbish, a used baby’s bottle and an odd sock in/under the beds …
Beautiful setting, snowfall over night. Great view of mountains. Spacious tipi. Comfy beds. Fun park on-site for younger children.

United KingdomIt was cold in the tent. There wasn't enough wood and we got cold. We only had enough wood until 12:00 at night. We looked for wood to warm ourselves, but the owner was asleep. Wood should be available in an accessible place. There was a slight noise at night, probably coming from the highway.
comfortable, clean toilets, kitchen equipment ok

United KingdomUnfortunately found a pair of socks in the bed that didn’t belong to our family. Stove in tent wasn’t great, so couldn’t generate any heat. I think anywhere that kids will visit is better having an open space for them to play and run around (in proximity to the tent) this was lacking compared to similar places we’ve stayed
Location was excellent. Tipi was of good quality, comfortable beds. Nice touch of having a welcome hamper. Good quality showers.

United KingdomThe property had no working fairy lights so we had to use portable camping lights. These were kindly provided for us by Ellen and she facilitated this well. We were also expecting 2 double beds and 3 singles but received 1 double and 4 singles instead.
The property was clean and cosy, we loved the beds and the coziness of the tent. The quick access to facilities such like showers and kitchen were only a couple of feet away

United KingdomOnly 3 toilets and showers between 6 tents is poor. The kitchenette is tiny and has no means to allow families to boil water for meal prep other than a microwave and kettle. Very small lockers for charging phones/watches etc. The fairy lights in none of the tents worked (families spoke and suspected they’d not worked for a long time). No electricity hook up to tents even though it looks like they’ve started this process. Log burners weren’t great, hard to keep burning and emitting very little heat. Although glamping staff were nice some of the family park staff were slow and incompetent particularly the main restaurant staff. Small beds in tents need headboards as pillows constantly fell off. Tent entrances were prone to wet weather seeping inside the tents. Trees outside tents need pruning back in places.
The welcoming glamping staff was very friendly and welcoming. The site is within a 2 min walk to the family park inclusive to price of glamping and one of the main factors we booked as a family. Family theme park was loved by children. The property looked aesthetically appealing with Snowdonia range as a backdrop. Own private bbq and seating area per unit was welcomed. Hot water bottles a plus due to cold and wet weather on our stay.
