The accommodation offered at Gresham Court is not the usual tired guest house room. Our room was of the highest standard and offered above and beyond what you would normally expect. The breakfast was delightful – well cooked, well presented and plentiful. The property is also located in easy reach of a good selection of restaurants. Will definitely return if we are in Torquay.

Honestly, nothing could have been better. Well, maybe a vegan biscuit in the room instead of a dairy one but only if I had to find something to change!

The location was super, easy walk to the harbour and lots of restaurants and yet the area of the bnb seemed peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was superb and catered for us as vegans exceptionally. There were so many nice touches in the room too and they were generous with all the extras (drinks, toiletries etc). Everywhere was very clean, nicely finished and decorated. The bar room that the bnb has….just beautiful! So much to look at and beautiful 40’s inspired finishings and furnishings.

We booked this hotel as we were staying here only for the weekend . We were not expecting too much but were positively surprised to find this. it certainly competes with any 5* hotel we have stayed in. Very accommodating. It is spotlessly clean and well situated, the service from the hosts is outstanding, always on hand. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plentiful with a great deal of choice on the menu to suit everyone. One of the nicest independent hotels in have been to. Great hosts and nothing was too much a trouble.

The host was fantastic and welcoming. The room was immaculate with plenty of space. The room had a box of "things you might have forgotten" and a fridge with some complimentary drink, which I thought was great. Would highly recommend.

Only thing they don't have is car parking.

Lovely place, Really comfortable room, good amenities in the room. Amazing breakfast, they even went out of their way for me. I am already thinking about going back to visit again later in the year.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Fabulous room with all the amenities you could possibly require - the complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room are a much appreciated bonus! From the moment we stepped in, nothing was too much trouble, room was beautiful & spotless, added touches were lovely, mini fridge was a welcome bonus & stocked up daily, breakfast were unbelievable with the amount of choice available, catering for everyone's dietary needs. This hotel was a great find, & would highly recommend you give it a try, Russell & Caroline were amazing hosts, friendly & attentative .

Absolutely nothing to dislike, just wish we could have had another couple of days

Everything- spotlessly clean, there was literally nothing we could have asked for to have made it better. Room was well equipped with snacks, drinks and even wine and the toiletries were lovely. Breakfast was 5 star and plentiful. Russ and Caroline were friendly and helpful, and really do themselves proud with this hotel, we would definitely recommend. Short walk from the harbour. Attention paid to every detail, an excellent place to stay.

We love Torquay anyway. We travelled down for a Reiki course that my wife was taking part in, it was an impromptu getaway which was really lovely. The breakfast was great, lots of selection. Really highly recommend.
