Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the hill back from town will give you some exercise.

Excellent B&B; room comfortable with added in room extras (snacks & drinks). Great breakfast with good selection. No hotel parking but managed to park for free on the adjacent road and for up to 2 hours outside hotel when checking in / out.

What a gem! Beautifully decorated exceptionally clean the furniture and furnishings were like a 5 star hotel especially with the extra treats in the room and toiletries The breakfast was amazing what a selection fresh fruits and pastries and the cooked breakfast made with very generous quality ingredients kept us full all day! The hosts were very attentive without being intrusive Lots of great restaurants just a five minute walk away Would highly recommend we will be back!

Absolutely nothing!

From the minute we stepped in we just knew it was going to be a fabulous place,from the plush furnishings,to the delicious breakfast & wonderful hosts,comfortable bed,all the little extras were so generous & can honestly say the best place we have stayed in Torquay,beautiful accommodation,we give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hosts were super welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was special. Not only did it offer delicious, fresh pastries, fruit, cheese but also a choice of full English, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and more. The best start of the day! The location was perfect, just a few minutes to the centre in a quieter location. The room was spacious and modern with great coffee, snacks and extra refreshments. We’d definitely come back to stay if we are in the area.

Couldn't fault anything what's so ever.

Absolute gem of a find. The best hotel of our tour of the southwest. The accommodation is five star so is the breakfast and the owners are amazing totally customer focused. We will definitely return for an extended stay next year and would recommend this hotel to all couples seeking excellent accommodation in Torquay. Excellent rate 👌

From the moment we walked in our hosts were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities in the room were so well thought out, you would not even get some of these in a 5* hotel. Breakfast was delightful - so many choices. The location was ideal with free parking over the weekends and lots of shops, bars, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a lovely park just across the road and the seafront is a short walk away. Thanks Caroline and Russell, you guys are amazing - keep it up!

Modern, clean, stylish bedrooms. The attention to detail in the rooms and the surprise extras we received were brilliant and not expected. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels and everything re-stocked daily. The breakfast was incredible… the hosts go above and beyond and you could have anything you possibly wanted from cooked breakfast to fruit and yoghurt. Wide range of drinks and snacks available too. It is right by all the lovely bars and restaurants so perfect location but not too close that noise is an issue. very clean and comfortable bedrooms. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Torquay.

Sadly, no on site parking available at Gresham Court but plenty of free and pay on road parking in the immediate area. Not really an issue if you don't mind a short walk. We were parked on a free space 30 metres from the hotel entrance!

Booked a hotel to spend a night in Torquay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and certainly struck gold with Gresham Court! The room provided was spotlessly clean, light, bright, very well equipped and included more complimentary items than many higher priced 4 star hotels I've stayed in previously. Over and above the normal tea/coffee making facilities, items provided included towelling bath robes, slippers, sleep masks and a fridge containing water, fresh milk and wine! Caroline & Russell were fabulous welcoming hosts and certainly went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast cooked by Russell was fabulous, really good quality ingredients well cooked and well presented. To top it all, there was an anniversary card and box of chocolates from Caroline & Russell for us on the breakfast table in the morning. Certainly had a great stay at Gresham Court, would happily recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again in the summer for a night out in Torquay!
