Clean tidy and what I needed

The room was very clean and tidy with decent blackout blinds and a comfortable bed with cushions. There was also a kettle for tea, coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits provided and bottled water.There was a mini fridge which sounded like it was working but didn't seem to get cool, but not a problem for us.

The guest house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and homely. We had the sea view room, and it was perfect. The room was beautiful. The shower was really nice. Debbie & Stuart were the perfect hosts. Was the a great weekend away. Definitely will be re-booking in the future as we love Bridlington. There is also onside parking, which is a bonus too. The little added extras, like porridge and biscuits, were a lovely touch to the room. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Stuart and Debbie were super friendly and welcoming. The guest house was so cosy and warm and clean and our room was so warm and cosy too! The bed was super comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Brid. Mabel the dog was so cute too :)

Friendly staff, good communication with them. Clean room with a lot of details making the stay easier. Good location, right in front of the sea and 10 mins walk to the city center (promenade).

Excellent location for Spa, beach and town. Very friendly & helpful hosts. Spacious and very comfy room. Will definitely head back if visiting Bridlington again.

Loved that it was near the spa and could walk to the town centre. Area was great. On a nice area with great parking facilities. Good communication with the owners and made us feel welcome, room was lovely comfy and great facilities. Will definitely be coming to stay here again was fantastic

It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Bathroom needed to be cleaned, Shower stall doors badly water stained, tile edging covered in dust , small things but the difference between an 8 score and a 10

Very comfortable, lovely facilities, ideal location for visiting Spa, loved the small touches, porridge pots and biscuits in room, bedroom, good size and liked the decor and space.

Greyfriars is very close to the South beach & there's a little shop close by if needed. Everything else is easily walkable to reach.

Not a lot perhaps the option for breakfast but that didn't bother us, we just headed to Wetherspoons.

Lovely room, super friendly owners/staff and fab location - particularly if you're going to a gig at the Spa, like us, it's literally across the road. Our room even had a sea view and a huge and very comfy bed!

Lovely room with everything you could need.A good-sized modern bathroom and shower. Everything was nice and clean. Stuart and Debi are friendly, helpful hosts. It's a great location, very handy for Bridlington Spa, which is literally a hop,skip, and a jump. There's also a couple of lovely restaurants across the road. The harbour is a couple of minutes' walk. Would definitely stay again.

This b and b is opposite to Bridlington spa and a short walk to the harbour and amusements etc. It’s lovely and clean with a modern bathroom and decor. It’s lovely and clean and even has towels, toiletries, tea/coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bottled water and a kettle! I would definitely rebook and stay here again.
