Mild mold is expected in winter on frames but not in a hotel. It had made its way onto plaster which is way further then the seal.

They asked for photo id from an email which was not attractive. They should be looking at doing this in your app or yoti

Looked a bit worn and tired. Being asked for photo I d on check in no mention of this on booking - I don't drive or have passport. The bed needed a new mattress. Could have done with a light in kitchen area as a bit dark. There's no lift and stairs are a little steep when carrying a case.

Location quiet part of peckham but only just down the road from the bus station and less than 10mins from Rye Lane. Manager friendly. Large apartment room loads of space everything you need there. Very clean.

- Made to wait 30min to check in, as they evicted a friend of the owner who was in our room at 9.30pm - Zero electrical appliances did not appear to be PAT tested. (No sticker/dates of last test) spark of hairdryer. - Bad TV reception, noisy neighbours.

-Microwave & Fridge useful. -USB socket in a main plug. -Clean. Some basic utensils & wash up liquid. -VALUE! (£20 for a Saturday night) -Hairdryer & Fan.

The reception area and communal hall & staircase was very shabby and even quite dirty. Not making the best first impression. Also, tiled floors in the rooms meant I heard every noise from the room above. Someone dropping some coins sounded like WW3.

The room was spacious and light with a large and comfortable bed. The bedroom and bathroom were well equipped and clean. Man on reception was friendly and accommodating as I arrived earlier than expected.

The Bed is zero not comfortable at all can't sleep properly, The room window and tap was broken, the hygiene cleanliness is zero, when I came in I hv to clean the bathroom myself before used, even the Bed has masking tape at edge worse thing is that the room was smelling like a Rat. For that 3 night is like be in bondage. Room 13. We not recommend the apartment for anyone.

The hotel location is good n access to train station, bus station, all shops and market, the staff are very good in customer relations and helpful.

On checkout, the guy on reception was extremely rude as we were slightly late checking out. He shouted 'Too late'..i said well booking.com says 11.30am. Husband had misplaced his wallet so we were checking bags etc..I commented that they could have knocked on the door. Just thought it was rude. On check in the other guy was extremely friendly..complete opposite. A dried on blood stained duvet .. we asked for bedding to be changed, and it was.

There was no breakfast included. There was no coffee or tea in the rooms. The building wasn’t in brilliant condition. It was out of the way I was quite shabby to be honest. I’ve got woken up at 11 o’clock to pay the bill because they hadn’t requested payment on arrival via Booking.com. Not brilliant, and I probably wouldn’t stay there again
