    Motorcycle friendly and great location
    • Leisure trip

    • Double Room
    • Stayed 1 night

The room was small but still fine and the shower also small.

We are motorcyclists so one of our primary demands was safe motorcycle parking and this was met. The owner was really nice, the location on the edge of town, and the breakfast was also excellent.

The accomodation was perfect ..the hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive ...comfy bed and lovely quiet location ...lovely little touches such as cold water and fresh milk available from a guest fridge in the breakfast room along with homemade cookies in the room ....the breakfast was amazing something you would expect from a good hotel not what you usually get from a bed and breakfast ...I would highly recommend

Bed nit as comfy as others I’ve stayed in but was absolutely fine for my one night stay.

Warm welcome from the owners. Freshly baked cookies in room was a lovely touch. Great breakfast with a wide selection- I was spoiled for choice. Fresh milk in guest fridge saves on single use plastic- great idea and only accommodation I’ve found doing g this.

A great stay at The Cedars. The wonderful hosts Nick and Lydia are a pleasure to meet. The accommodation is immaculately clean, fresh and welcoming. Breakfast is outstanding and Nick is an excellent chef. On site parking is a huge bonus.

We had a really lovely stay at The Cedars. We had a lovely welcome & our room was comfortable & had everything we needed. We ate at The Cosy Corner Bistro in the evening which was really good & within walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was gorgeous and lots of choice. It was also very reasonably priced.

A real GEM! Great location to visit the Elan Valley. Builth Wells is a lovely town with great pubs and quirky shops. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cosy decor was complimented by the phenomenal cleanliness. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will be returning!

Nothing, it was all great. There is nothing not to like, the hosts and accomodation was superb and we couldn't fault it. We were a party of 4 people and everyone was really happy.

The hosts were so welcoming and accomodating from the moment we arrived. The room was perfect with comfy beds, clean and everything you needed. There were some amazing home made cookies too! Breakfast was out of this world. I had the Full Welsh but could easily of had any of the specials too! We were on a biking trip and this was the ideal place to stay, highly recommend it.

The only downside for us was the size of the ensuite bathroom attached to our room. The bathroom facilities were cramped and the washbasin very small.

We received a warm, friendly welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The host had been a head chef so the breakfast was exceptional both in quality and choice. The hosts were attentive to our needs and helpful. Good parking facility.
