Nothing major: no shelves in bedroom for clothes, no hook in shower room for clothes; no broom to sweep up and no mini shampoo/soap left so couldn’t wash on arrival. Overall, great place and the above would only give a 10/10 instead of 9. I’m sure if I had asked the hosts, they would have provided as very communicative.

Great location, clean and well laid out apartment. Ten minutes walk to the sea and clear instructions/info pack left with everything you may want to do/see.

The lack of a shelf in the bathroom - nowhere to put toiletries when using them at the bathroom basin. Also the lack of a soap dish in the shower.

Property was great, nothing to complain about it but the only not so positive aspect about the stay was the nearest coffee shop walking distance opens at 10am

The apartment would benefit from having a little more storage space in the bedroom ie a chest of drawers.

The apartment was clean and comfortable in a great location. The beach was great for walking and only a ten minute walk away. The local pub was very friendly and served great food. Lots of places to visit nearby and you can use the local bus service.

The kitchen utensils were very tired and definitely needed renewing. Frying pan was very scratched and definitely not non stick.

Excellent location, close to the beaches and sand Dunes. Apartments was spacious, light and airy. Bed was comfortable.

The only concern I had was no hand soap in the bathroom on arrival.

Tyson was very friendly straight off the bat and provided me with the information I required. When there was a small hiccup with not getting the wifi code he was more than happy to help. The property itself was comfortable and spacious and I had a truly lovely stay.

There were no cleaning products or washing up liquid in the apartment so I couldn't give anything I couldnt clean or wipe down kitchen afterwards used it. The pub that was owned by the tenants closed at 10 p.m. and the staff were keen to get everybody out the door before 10 they were cleaning and locking the toilets before 9:45 so we felt rush to leave.

Everything was fine when I arrived I met up with the owner and was able to change apartments so I could have one with a bath in. Absolutely loved the apartment very comfy bed nice views great parking and tasty apples from the tree. The pub was a few minutes walk away that was owned by the tenants had a lovely beer garden.

The entrance road to the accommodation is on a very sharp, blind bend and extreme care is needed.

Great for the wildlife, the beach and exploring South Cornwall. The flat was very clean, functional and comfortable.

Being picky - front door lock can be tempermental

It won't be your cup of tea if you like city breaks or if you want a beach on your door step or a shop on your doorstep but it was perfect for us and did not bother us.

it was such a stress free and enjoyable experience staying here. It provides you with either the cheaper side to holidaying with all you need to cook at the apartment or the luxury of just having food. We made the mistake of not reading the welcome pack before we got there and the signal is non existent because you are in the most beautiful countryside but we were on our mini moon so wanted to get away from the internet anyway! The apartment was super clean and Gwithian beach is beautiful! The only downside if you don't like walking is the beach is about a 10min walk but we thought it was worth the walk, our dogs had endless fun in the rock pools and the beach was beautiful sand and part of it dog friendly all year round! so thank you for having us we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The only fault i would say is that it needs another comfy chair in the lounge.

Only a minor point but no shaving point in bathrooms.

Proximity to beach was good. The quietness of the village was so relaxing. Everything that we needed was in the apartment. Wifi vey good. Easy parking.
