Fabulous guesthouse. Breakfast was outstanding! Homemade bread , jams butter etc. I had creamy porridge with apple soaked in elderflower and smoked salmon and scrambled egg with homemade toast. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Lots of thoughtful detail in the room ( ie a chilly bottle full of cold water and homemade brownie and biscuits.) very comfy beds. We stayed as going to the tennis at Devonshire park. Was able to walk there in 20/30 mins.

Loved everything!

Such friendly owners, we were made very welcome. Beautiful little hotel, comfy rooms with everything you could need (although you’d only have to ask if there was something you needed!) delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

Great location B&B with lovely hosts. Comfy beds and excellent quality breakfasts with home made preserves and bread. Lots of fabulous and thoughtful home made extras for the room including lavender pillow spritz, sleepy time organic in-house tea and lavender biscuits. Would highly recommend.

The hosts make these places. John & Sarah are very friendly and attentive. They make the stay feel so much warmer than staying in a large hotel. The only place I want to stay when in Eastbourne. Try Sarah's homemade lemon curd! Sensational. She does excellent jam and marmalade too, but the lemon curd was my favourite. Room was very big and clean. Nothing but positives for this place and the lovely people who own it.

Just a pebble's throw from the beach and very centrally located - near my favourite ice cream place! Really warm welcome, with lovely home-made touches like lavender biscuits and amazing breakfast. I took some anchovy paste home and loved it.

the owners are so lovely and make an amazing breakfast. the room was also super comfortable and perfect to rest after walking from seaford. you also get given the cutest gift of lavender tea, spray and biscuits to help you sleep

Very comfortable room, soft bed, tea and coffee and comfy chairs in the room. I get hot easily so I loved that the windows open. I am a light sleeper and loved the blackout blind. The breakfast was so good with homemade preserves. Location just around the corner from the sea and quiet at night.We will be back!

Power socket near bed was extension lead well under bed - not a problem but a very minor niggle

Welcome was warm and sincere. Good endorsement for nearby 'The Marine' PH for dinner. Many homely touches including bedside tips for a good night's sleep. Good selection of teas, coffees and milks in room. Excellent choices for a hearty breakfast. Homemade produce used and also available for sale.
