Self catered breakfast, forced to buy takeaway for dinner as very few restaurants open or not too busy in Hunstanton, which was very disappointing. Joke that Park Dean wanted to charge us a “fortune” to use facilities just for one nights stay. Lost our business as a consequence. Pretty stupid imo.

Cleaning was a bit dirty , including plates and utensils, im guessing it's pet friendly as I swelled pretty bad as allergy to dogs and could smell strong dog smell on sofa

There was no central heating and we had to use portable heaters provided! We stayed one night and couldnt even shower the little ones as it was too cold and we couldnt plug the heater close enough to warm up the bathroom! Maybe not a problem in summer time. Also thought the sofa, table werent big enough for our family of 5! Also no welcome pack or even instructions about the place your staying.

The master bed was very comfy and the kids rooms very cute ( even though very outdated i.e curtains etc.

The caravan is in need of doing up ! The mattress in the double room was uncomfortable and the bedding was smelt musty ! The bathroom needs up dating it’s a very old caravan but ok for what we paid have to buy passes at the restaurant to use the facilities the swimming pool was ok everything on the park is get tired !

would have been nice to have a few notes about how to work things e.g the boiler , what facilities were available on the site at the time of year( food availability on site- not all day ) local attractions etc

Wish I had read the reviews before coming, and the description in more detail It is a bit grubby inside, I see this had been mentioned on quite a few past reviews, but obviously hadn't been addressed up to our visit, not trying to hurt the cleaners feelings buit is true. The double bed headboard especially, the remote control was like it had been stored in honey, cutlery a bit grim, everything needed a good deep clean. It is very tired, bedding from the 1990., not mentioned in the ad and worth bearing in mind If you wish to use the pool, you have to pay £7.50pp, the caravan add looks like this is included, its not. No towels, apart from a small one in toilet, if i hadnt asked before our visit i wouldnt have known, park wifi terrible. Also it is not 600ft from the beach, this is why I chose this caravan as my nephew had a knee op so it wouldn't be too far to walk but it's at least a 15 min walk , I see much later in the ad it says 500mtrs from park entrance so this may have been my error, but the caravan isnt by the entrance so it was further for him to manage, but they really should take down its near"stubborn sands" as no one we asked had heard of that beach, a bit misleading. On reflection I could have booked a B and B for the same price, much cleaner with same facilities and breakfast included in same area. Stayed in much better places for same price

The caravan is on a nice park with lots of ducks, it was easy to locate and enter.

No tea towels or towels. No hot water! Dirty cutlery. Ancient bedding. Tired caravan! Wouldn’t book again. Dirty shower.

It was unclean. Please see uploaded photos as evidence. The mattress was covered in bugs and what appeared to be a droplet of blood. The boiler didn’t work, therefore we had no hot water. The boiler looked dangerous to operate and I can see from previous reviews that the property owners were aware. The property was generally grimy and alarm bells rang when a cleaner on the site told us that she refused to clean it anymore because in her opinion it wasn’t rentable!

Absolutely nothing, I’m still in shock at how appalling it was.

It was cold, a bit run down and we couldn't get the boiler to work, there was only a small amount of toilet roll and only one tea towel. It was a bit grubby in places, like the lights and around the vents.

It was cheap and very close to the beach. We had a great time but that was due to the company, we would have fun together anywhere.

The caravan was cold and very dated although there had been new flooring ,it was definitely more of a low budget property ,so was massively overpriced for what it was.
