It was supposed to have been a "superior " twin, yet there wasn't a proper shower and no shower curtain. Very small room BUT beautiful sea view! The lift extremely cramped...very claustrophobic so used stairs to 3rd floor. Great location. Near front and shops. Managed parking outside hotel...a bonus.

The information about parking fee was incorrect. Seagulls noise. Noise from the kitchen equipment through out the night. Furniture and decorations need a facelift.

Ideal positioning for checking out the beach. Was almost next door to my relatives whom I was meeting. Friendly staff and generally clean and tidy.

The hotel was very clean, our room was refurbished, comfortable mattress, staff very friendly, parking for just £2 a day, very happy with the services. Hope we will come back.

Given the fact that the hotel was obviously an old building I was surprised by the standard of decoration. My room was a little small but had everything I needed and I only stayed for one night anyway. I couldn't get the TV to work but it didn't bother me. The shower room was again adequate although the shower head was too high for me so found it difficult. Generally the room and shower was clean and comfortable although I think in need of a little attention decoratively. Given the price I paid I was more than happy.

The duvet in the room was heavy and the room was extremely hot, there was no fan or anything. The bathroom was old and the toiletries only had a hand soap and a pouch of shower gel, no shampoo, no conditioner, no hairdryer. There's no late check out The lift is old, small and a bit tricky

The staff was really friendly. The location is amazing, right next to the beach. There was tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room along with a little kettle. I was leaving late and they let me leave my suitcase with them during the day

The shower head needs replacing as it leaks. Easy to fix and resolve.

Exterior of the building was fabulous and attracted us to go in and take a look. Well maintained and very clean. Superior twin room front facing - very clean, bed comfortable and clean crisp linen. Bathroom was big with a separate bath and walk in shower. Newly painted, carpets clean and look new. Overall happy as good location to spend day on beach and come back for a shower and comfy bed. Parking only £1 for a day. Some hotels charge up to £10 for same thing. Plenty of spaces right outside hotel.

very dirty thick dust all in the bathroom very outdated and noisy as there is another car park behind we’re we stayed for car boy racers playing loud music screaming and shouting all night long.

I can honestly say there was nothing good obout this property avoid at all costs would have rather stayed in the car.

Fleas in the bed. I had to change rooms after the first night. No hot water in the shower of the new room.. very poor . Still awaiting refund as promised by manager .

The breakfast was OK. . Just .. bed had fleas . Was moved to a new room . But had no hot water . Received a full refund after 2 weeks. Would not stay there again.

Hotel hosts mainly elderly people No car park for guests A cleaner came at 9am to clean room!

We didn’t realise the hotel hosting mainly elderly people - we felt spent a few day in a home care… Staff wasn’t friendly, kept us wait… not clear about car parking as we were sure there was a car park for guests.. It doesn’t worth £95 for a night..
