It was like a sauna in our room and we couldn't turn the heating down so we had to leave the windows open the whole time. Didn't like the breakfast. No fried eggs was annoying considering the price of breakfast at £15 per head per day. Spa was a bit rough round the edges

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working and we were on the 3rd floor. This wasn’t an issue at first, but the last flight of stairs were a lot steeper than the rest and I found I became out of breath and had to stop halfway up. On the way down these stairs I did hit my head and there was no sign warning people of this.

the lack of information given about restricted access to meals during times when functions were prioritised. we could not access ANY food on Friday night due to a Christmas party. We could not go to sleep until the loud music stopped at midnight! The staff need to realise their facial expressions are visible and communicate their negative thoughts

My bedroom was pleasant, but the bathroom needs a major overhaul. There was no fridge in the room. I could hear my neighbours. The breakfast wasn't very good.

The main pool was closed for maintenance but I was invited to use the spa instead, and that was wonderful, but the pool was too small to do any real swimming. My bed was extremely comfortable.

We had to eat at 6pm ! Along with just 2 other people.as there was a large xmas party at 8.30.! Although that was not what we were told. We were also told a few days before we arrived that the indoor pool was closed. On turning on the shower in Room.34 it came off in my hand. This was my third stay and it was definitely the worst. All the negative information could have been told to us on booking and before we arrived.

Clean, cosy and had a lovely feel to the place. Staff were really lovely and friendly on reception, in the spa and in the bar and restaurant. Loved the spa and the massage done by a lady called Monica was absolutely amazing. Overall A lovely over night break.

the hotel was in a perfect location very quiet and we were able to walk into town/park within 15mins and a taxi back was only £5 the hotel was clean and felt modern the room we had was lovely and cosy with a good bathroom. the breakfast was very good with a good selection. the staff were friendly and helpful all in all a great hotel to stay in.

Small rooms , could hear other guests arguing knocking things over in their room and footsteps from room above . Not very friendly reception. Also can’t buy snacks , deserts anything , without booking a table !

Was a little dated Had scrambled eggs for breakfast and found them to be tasteless and not very good quality bacon. Couldn't get booked into the restaurant for a reasonable time was booked up only late times available.

The restaurant prices quite high.

Everything about the hotel was very nice, stylish and friendly. It looked and it was very luxurious and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and bar, restaurant, and spa with acceptable prices.
