Great friendly staff, gym, and all facilities great value for money.

Although the Hotel Reception and eating/bar area and room were of a modern design, the general use toilets were dated and needed a refresh, they smelt old and reminded me of a pub loo. The spa was also dated, the tiles looked dirty and the changing rooms were very dated and reminded me of a leisure centre, not a hotel.

Room size was great, very big and spacious. Bathroom was a great size too. Gym was very good, better than most hotel gyms and pool was good. Breakfast that was included was decent, and staff were very attentive. Spa, although dated and needs a remodel/refresh, was a decent price for a couple staying 2 nights, although cannot comment on treatments.

We'd arrived for a spa and overnight stay, but my daughter wasn't able to use the spa as she was 6 months off her 18th birthday. The manager apologised and gave us money off the room charge. The hotel itself is nice and clean but a bit miss match. Staff were friendly. We were in a family room on the second floor, which had no lift. So make sure you ask for the ground floor if needed. We used the main pool. But once it got to 330pm, they had a lane roped off for young kids' lessons. So we left because of the noise. We would have used the spa if we'd known it was over 18s. We weren't told this when booking, so we were quite upset it ruined our girlie night away.

First time in jacuzzi my eyes were tearing out from the chemicals in the water ( next day was much better) cleaning start very early in the morning , the hotel kinda old , floor very noisy ,if your windows from main road, its loud a bit ..so dont expect sleeping till late if you not a good sleeper like me .

The hotel located about 15 minutes away from the seaside . Its pretty clean , the spa part of it really enjoyable ( costed 20£/ person because we stayed 3 night , for slippers and robes you have to pay 6£ extra) .warm room with big TV , and huge bathroom

Room locations as on ground floor and very noisy as near a car park , we are a young couple and ground floor should be available more for public with acrssible problems , lights in room did not work properly

Room was a little warm but not so much that it prevented sleeping. Nothing negative to say … was a delight to stay here. We would choose this hotel again on our next Bournemouth trip.

Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive. Very professional bar staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. Restaurant was comfortable and friendly staff. Food excellent.

Not all the rooms are accessible via the lift and the room was very warm with both radiators off the windows open and a fan running the entire time

For the overall price it’s okay however the rooms are very small, the breakfast is very over priced for what you get plus there is constantly add ons you have to pay. Overall it’s very over priced for the value of what you get

The staff at reception were abrupt and came across as rude.

The food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff in restaurant were very friendly. The staff in SPA were also nice. The room was comfortable and clean.

Had to change rooms because the toilet was blocked and waste was coming out of the bath plughole. The new room had severe water damage in the sink cupboard. Wouldn't want to put anything in there!

We love coming here because of the location and the Spa. Very short walk to the beach if you like walking and a fairly quiet hotel. All lovely except the breakfast is overpriced via booking.com. It’s only a breakfast buffet, not great for more than £15. Less than £10 would be ok but overall not tempting.

It’s a great location and the Spa is quite good too. Very relaxing. The bar is relaxing and the rooms are nice.
