THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR, HAD TO QUE FOR CERTAIN ITEMS ( BACON, EGGS, BEANS) AND WHEN EVENTUALLY GOT IT, IT WAS COLD.

The room was a bit shabby and there were stains on our carpet. The parking is very expensive (reception said 20 pound per night) - I would recommend parking on the street nearby or the park across the road. The breakfast did finish early, but I suppose that got us out of bed on time!

The staff, location and included breakfast were great. The room was comfortable, and it was a good base for somewhere to stay for one night. It was pretty clean.

Bed very uncomfortable. Mattress too hard. Very small distance from bed to wall on side away from window. Pillows too soft, despite there being 2 each. Location of hotel felt isolated when walking back from city centre at night.

Welcome very friendly. Communal areas clean. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast nice.

I love my room but the bathroom and in the morring my room smell a little like off curry like it was the pumbing like coming from pippes the room was lovely and clean but just now and then from the bathroom was a funny smell

Everything was as I expected. The carpet was a bit whacky, I liked it but if you’d had a drink or three it might make you feel a little dizzy!

They charge for parking in their car park, but there is a cheaper park area literally opposite the hotel.

The room was comfortable, basic no facilities as such but we were there for a night out so wasn't really applicable to us. Breakfast was okay, they ran out of nearly everything including cutlery, it took some getting, that said it was delicious when we did get to eat :-)

We had asked for an additional quilt to be brought up and was told it would be within 10 minutes. It was never brought up and when we used the phone in the room to call down they just never answered it I felt like it was just very expensive for what you get.

I thought the breakfast area was really nice, the room was clean and spacious.

Paid 20.95 each for breakfast, hash browns cold and the bacon was solid and could not be cut. No tomatoes or fried egg. Bread for toast was so dry was melba toast by the time it was done.

Room was a tad too basic - no (small) wardrobe, not even clothes hooks on the all so couldn't hang my shirt out. No hair dryer. Check-in took 15 minutes due a long cue - despite there were 3 staff members.

Neat and clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff at the reception and bar. Good breakfast buffet. Despite the hotel surroundings aren't the most idyllic, the location is great because it's at walking distance from the city center.

The bed was uncomfortable, it was for my partner too. So if she was uncomfortable that's saying something, and it wasn't just me being grumpy.

The room was good, it was spacious and very clean. The hotel is located near the Arena which is ideal. The breakfast was lovely and catered for people who have allergies.

Didn't enjoy the breakfast,some things weren't there food was not hot bacon was hard and cold .. Tables not cleared after use or wipped, wasn't expecting anything special but could have got a cheaper hotel for the same experience
