From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff was committed to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect , close to the main attractions and to bus stops and London underground northern line. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel was new and beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay on our first visit in London.

No Vantilation on room. Room does not have enough space for two person to live comfortable. No Chairs and table provided. false commitment for change room during my stay. Aircondition was not was not working and room was too hot to stay. there was no vantilation in the room.

-Initially they gave us a room with small insects. Also, they had not cleaned nor changed the bed sheets from the previous. We complained and they imediately changed us room -The breakfast was poor -Also our room was in floor -2, so we had no signal in our phones

The staff made a mistake and so I was charged twice. It took a while for the refund to happen only to find out that due to conversation rates I was refunded a lot less. I travelled for work and this is still causing me huge amounts of time to resolve.

The hotel booked me two times the amount : one time before arrival and one time at my arrival. I informed the receptionist that the amount was already booked but he told me it was only a caution. It wasn't case and I paid two times. The hotel refund me the amount few days after departure but I had to pay high currency fees from my bank because of this mistake. I asked the hotel to compensate it but I never get any answer in two weeks despite several emails. Not really customer oriented!

Dark rooms and sound proof

Our rooms were very quiet and we didn’t hear or see a thing which was perfect after a 29hr journey

Well, first of all, room was not fully cleaned when we arrived, found used spoon, mirror was not clean. There was no toilet brush, I did ask at the reception is they have it and could bring to the room, they said yes and we did not get it. I did ask again and they said they will bring it, even housekeeping manager said will bring it in 5min., but again we didn't got it. Room cleaning: 1 day they cleaned the room, but the tables next to bed and kettle table was totally not cleaned, second day, we arrived from the city late evening, and room was not touched at all, but after asking they take out trash at least... When I was booking this hotel, I did ask for the surprise in the room (was our anniversary) they said they will put bottle of sparkling wine, this one we did not receive as well, I did talk to reception about it, but they did not bring it as well, so it was a bit disappointing. Overall maybe this hotel good for 1 fast night sleep. I would not stay again, for the same price we can find better hotel.

Staff - especially Jamin, he was nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is really good. You can reach all the locations by foot or public transport easy.

There was no window, we were underground which felt claustrophobic. This was not made clear in the description. Also breakfast was chaotic, you need more than one member of staff managing the breakfast as it was a mess (no milk for milk or coffee machine, dirty plates and dishes everywhere, unfilled juices, waffle maker was a mess). Would not recommend overall, unfortunate as the location and price are reasonable but I expected more.

Friendly staff, good location and amenities. The reception was well laid out. The room felt comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Room cleanliness was fine!

There was no clear instruction in the room on connecting to the WiFi. The QR code provided allowed me to begin the process but the staff at check-in did not advise their was a 'promotion code' section that needed filled in? The breakfast was very well presented and all the continental items were excellent. However the kitchen would not fry an egg on request and advised it was only the hot food on display. Unfortunately the cooked items were not hot and were barely warm. Very unfortunate. The room was modern and nice but there was no drop-seal to the bedroom doors and they let all the corridor noise and light into the room. The acoustics between the room walls was also very poor and I could hear every movement including every flick of a switch and the running of the taps etc.

The hotel in general was very well set up and the decor clearly very recent.
