    -Very expensive for below average quality - 'Queen size' room with a room slightly bigger than the bathroom - Bugs in our room and sick - toilet flush continuing to make noise throughout the night - dirty and wet towels still in our room after cleaners coming in - when given feedback to staff especially regarding the cleanliness, completely uninterested

    On my first night from 8pm to 10.30pm something went wrong with the power of electric no T.V. no kettle to make a drink and then at 3pm a Large amount of shouting outside and in the downstairs of the hotel ! Police were soon called 3 cars they used laptops outside to download the CCTV.. of the incident .. I did not complain . its not my style / I did mention it when checking out and said i hope no staff were hurt .. Thanks for reading regards peter

    The breakfast was nothing to write home about and I would of limed a towel hanger in the bathroom and toileteries.

    It's a cosy little hotel on a quiet street, close to the metro. It was warm and confortable.

    Very friendly staff and a Very nice room. Very modern, clean and quiet. Big smart tv, beautiful bathroom. Good matress. Breakfast was included and was nice! Its not very big. But everything you need. Location wise also very nice! You can get anywhere with the tube or bus.

    Ordered a pint of beer in the bar...but they had nothing on draft. Ordered a burger and it wasn't cooked, cold and slimy in the middle. The guy taking the order at the bar (couldn't use the till), appeared to also be the chef. He also appeared at my hotel room door when I called reception to tell them there was no toilet roll in my room. 1 of the staff on reception upon my arrival and then checking out appeared to be very new (or not been trained yet) as they didn't really know how to use the computer system. I did get a call from reception apologising for the food & an offer to have a free evening meal the following day but all the staff had changed the following day and no-one knew anything about it. My room was a disabled room for some reason, which meant there fixed chair in my shower that you had to manoeuvre around. I don't usually bother with leaving bad reviews as anyone can have an off day, but I've had 4 emails now asking for a review so this purely to get that to stop!

    I ran into a few issues during my stay. First off, the rooms either didn't have windows or they had frosted ones, which was a bit of a downer because it made the room feel closed off. Breakfast time wasn't great either. I ended up listening to the breakfast lady and her colleagues chatting about personal matters and laughing really loudly for a good 20 minutes. It felt more like a beach party than a hotel breakfast area, and nobody seemed to care, not even the manager, until I finally asked them to keep it down. Also, the gym could use some attention. Both balance balls were deflated. I'm not sure why they're there if they're not ready to use.

    Everywhere was really clean. Very nice shower. Good breakfast if you’re into chocolate croissants. Reception staff helpful and professional.

    The rooms were either a bit too hot or a bit cold, the air con wasn’t great. But that’s being fussy; overall it was a great stay.

    Really modern, clean, great decor. Staff were incredible, really helpful and friendly with my little boy. Food at breakfast was fine, it’s great value for money for London. Location was brilliant.

    I think because it’s new, some of the staff are new and we’re a bit slow but totally understandable as people need to learn.

    Many rooms are underground and have no window. It is not acceptable at all to randomly give a guest a room with no window without them selecting it. You should have two types of room and different prices for rooms with and without windows. Rooms underground are miserable, no natural light or phone signal. I woke up feeling jetlagged as my body could not adjust to the fake light supplied by the fake window. Also the room is not well noise insulated. Breakfast was also disappointing. Horrible powdered eggs and questionable meat sausages. Also one coffee machine for the entire hotel, I gave up trying to get a coffee because the queue was so many people. It's just not suitable for a hotel of it's size. Staff were also lackluster. I was waiting ages to check in, and the bar staff just stood chatting. Yes, bar staff can't check you in but would it really hurt them to say "my college will be back soon"? I stay in London weekly for work, I won't be staying here again as there are many better choices that make window choice explicit and offer better value for money nearby.

    A real plasure. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom clean. The included breakfast was nice, self serve with a nice selection of food,a coffee machine and tea/juice (even a waffle maker!). The staff was also great, they were really nice and gave us plenty of tea when we caught a cold the last few days :)) Location is good, like 7 minutes ish from the metro and a few bus stations 2 mins away.

    From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff was committed to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect , close to the main attractions and to bus stops and London underground northern line. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel was new and beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay on our first visit in London.

    No Vantilation on room. Room does not have enough space for two person to live comfortable. No Chairs and table provided. false commitment for change room during my stay. Aircondition was not was not working and room was too hot to stay. there was no vantilation in the room.

    -Initially they gave us a room with small insects. Also, they had not cleaned nor changed the bed sheets from the previous. We complained and they imediately changed us room -The breakfast was poor -Also our room was in floor -2, so we had no signal in our phones

    The staff made a mistake and so I was charged twice. It took a while for the refund to happen only to find out that due to conversation rates I was refunded a lot less. I travelled for work and this is still causing me huge amounts of time to resolve.

    The hotel booked me two times the amount : one time before arrival and one time at my arrival. I informed the receptionist that the amount was already booked but he told me it was only a caution. It wasn't case and I paid two times. The hotel refund me the amount few days after departure but I had to pay high currency fees from my bank because of this mistake. I asked the hotel to compensate it but I never get any answer in two weeks despite several emails. Not really customer oriented!
