We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe toilet flush hardly delivered any water to flush the toilet and the hand basin was very slow in draining accumulated water. These are maintenance items I would have thought the cleaning staff should have reported to maintenance staff.
The hotel is across the road from the railway station so access was a big plus. It was also very close to the main shopping areas and restaurants. The room was modern and very clean. The included breakfast was very good.
