It is so new and it feels new - even to the carpet smelling new. Staff are amazing. Waffle machine at breakfast is good fun.

A modern New hotel with friendly, helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Smeg appliances were a surprise! How nice! Breakfast was lovely with so much choice including nice coffee and waffles (yum) Couldn’t hear anything when we went in our room and the beds were comfy. We both slept soundly. A lovely big shower with lots of options. The hotel was right in the centre of Rochdale and mere metres the shops. M&S, Next, Starbucks, Cinemas, plus all manner of others. Close to the Rochdale tram. I saw car parking, but don’t know about it as we came by train. Warm in the room for the chilly weather outside and we were able to adjust the temperature in our room with a thermostat. We had a terrific view of the town hall clock and spire from our window. This was the least expensive hotel we have booked for our month long holiday, yet I think it will be hard to beat for value! Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. 10/10!

Absolutely fantastic! As soon as we walked in we knew we had made the perfect choice to stay. Every member of staff was very polite, and welcoming. Spotlessly clean in every area. Delicious breakfast too. Will definitely stay when visiting family again. Thank you.

This is a wonderful find! Right in the centre, with great facilities. My room was great, good size with everything needed. Whole hotel was spotless and the staff were welcoming and so helpful.

Would have liked to be able to open a window and switch off the air conditioning. The windows were sealed units. Otherwise couldn't fault anything

Excellent choices and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is perfect for Rochdale centre. The standard of the room was exceptional for the price especially the lovely feather and down bedding

Breakfast was great, a waffle machine! Lots of choice. Staff all friendly, always smiling.The most comfortable bed ever, shower was good too. Individual room thermostats and extremely clean, even main entrance area. Car park opposite and shops and restaurants literately round the corner

Scrimping on small things! The room had a stylish little 'SMEG' fridge, that was empty! A small bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Beautifully fitted bathroom, with the cheapest, smallest, roughest and thinnest roll of single ply toilet paper!

Very new, clean and bright. Cheerful and helpful staff. Good location on edge of town centre with convenient and reasonably priced parking in M&S across the road. Good buffet breakfast and don't be scared of the waffle maker, they were lovely.

The only thing maybe was that it was a bit bright and cafe like for an evening drink - if there could be a cozy, darker corner that might be nice.

New and sparkly clean, very friendly staff, really comfortable bed, fantastic shower, lots of sockets in good places, great, fast WIFi, delicious breakfast! I missed the waffles and didn’t get chance to spend enough time in the beautiful Town Hall, so look forward to coming back!
