We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Bed and Breakfast was great they catered for everyone, verity of milk regular milk to oat milk and different food. The pillows and towels were best, unlike the ones you get from Travel-Lodge pillows were the size of a square cushion and the quality of the towels were really bad. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton By Hilton Torquay.😻

Being a relatively new build the Hotel was in excellant condition. It was in a prime location, steps away from the inner harbour and sea front. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The food, especially the breakfast, was excellent. It was nice to have a bar to have a drink anytime and food was available until 9pm. We went by train, Torquay station was around a mile away, a wonderful walk along the sea front and past the harbour. Very reasonably priced especially considering that the breakfast was included.
