The parking can be a bit of a issue like all towns ,even though its not parking permit , people park in the street to walk to the local shops or work , you can normally park but you might have a bit of a walk

Extremely large comfortable house ,easy walking distance to all local amenities ,clean and tidy ,ideal for family stays ,The house has got a comfortable homely vibe , at a very reasonable price ,I would highly recommend

Parking outside the property was a bit of a problem as we had difficulty finding parking on Hampton Road when we first arrived but it was a Bank Holiday!

We enjoyed our stay visiting the sights of Scarborough and Robins Hood Bay and found the house very cozy and welcoming. The beds were comfy too.

Excellent detailed information received before arrival. We were able to park right outside the house. Size of the house was perfect for us, with plenty space for the children. Clean and well stocked.

Lovely spacious rooms, well presented and decorated, all the facilities we needed for a family of five adults. Good communication and instructions from the hosts (Amber and Alex). Key was available from a lockbox on the front door. Comfy beds and very quiet location. About 20 mins walk to the centre and another five mins to the beaches and headland. Free parking on the street which was quite busy but we managed to park directly outside the property on both days.

Great communications and lovely house. Booked for a friend and her family and they loved it. Even the dog enjoyed it.

We found the double bed to be very uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping in the spare twins due to this, the main light on the stairs didn't work so we had to leave the bathroom light on all night to ensure it was safe for the children using the bathroom in the night. The bedroom furniture, shower screen, and oven seal were very old and required a refresh.

We loved the location and the free car parking. The size of the house was excellent and we liked not having to pay a deposit and not make the full payment till 2 days before we arrived, the price for a 2-night stay during the school holidays was very competitive compared to other rentals.

Can't think of anything to dislike.

We came for a couple of days stay. The house was as described, there was all we needed to get started, some teabags, coffee and sachets of milk were provided. Every bed was made up and a hand towel and bath towel for each person. The house is lovely and roomy, beds were comfy and the shower is nice and powerful. We managed to park easy enough outside the property. Its a ten minute drive to the front. If you decide to walk its about half an hour ish, but a nice steady walk to town and onto the front.

The Hampton is very well equipped, we had a great midweek break and would definitely return. Washing machine is a great idea and saves having loads to do on your return home. Heating works great and so cosy to settle down at nights after busy days exploring.

Beautiful decor, with everything you would need, excellent for families or couples. Excellent location, warm and cosy, plenty of space, free parking, within walking distance of shops and attractions. Host was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything from start to finish now this is a beutiful house if your thinking about booking then do it honestly its really nice to have the freedom ov the full house we cooked a meal in there and it was just really nice and yes I would book again absolutely lovely house wished we booked for longer but maybe next time as we will be returning to that house.

On street parking, a bit of a challenge to get close.

The house was beautifully decorated throughout. Was warm and cosy and perfect for what we wanted.

The double bed is far too soft and was too short for us (we are 6 ft tall). We couldn't share the bed due to this. Our preference is a firmer bed.

Really nice house, in a quiet area. The centre and beaches are within walking distance. House is warm and has everything you need.

Lovely clean, modern cosy place. Heating was left on for our arrival. Had everything we needed. Easy check in. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we disliked! Everything was perfect!

The house was clean, modern, beautiful and homely! The communication from the owners were excellent! We didnt want to leave it was like home from home! Cannot wait to visit again!
