1)Parking was too expensive - after paying so much for the hotel, it's terrible to then have to pay additional charges for parking - a whopping £12.50 a night and we stayed 3 nights! :( 2)The breakfast options was quite limited- only scrambled eggs and itvtsated like itvwas made from powdered eggs, not real eggs - there should be the option of fried eggs at least. The pastries tasted stale, not fresh. :( 3)The room did not have a window that opened, terrible ventilation and bad air circulation. :(

unfortunately cooked food for breakfast was not so good as in bacon & sausages went hard & chewy because of being out too long & under the lights - all the other breakfast things were fine staff were so polite

the shower was lovely and big but could not work top shower part. not sure it was connected

The only criticism is the car parking charge. While I appreciate spaces are limited, £12 for an overnight space seems a little excessive

The room was well appointed, clean, good size fridge and large TV. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was provided. Breakfast was very good, both in quality and choice. The biggest difference was made by the staff, they were all very friendly, polite and helpful.

Not enough milk and sugar in the room. Only one lift was working and it took too long to respond. Reception staff looked miserable all the time.

Room was a nice size with large singles in our twin room. Shower was large and clean. There was a male server in the morning who was outstanding at breakfast, so friendly and helpful.

You have to pay for parking per day in addition to your room charge even though the car park is a private Hilton car park on site. Don’t really understand that.

Good location for HS1 and the channel tunnel. Super modern hotel with comfortable rooms and stylish, modern bathrooms. Good price for breakfast included.

It's not fresh air, and the aircon is hit and misd The beds are not comfortable. it seems like cheap military like beds. Our was broken, and any bed when you set and lay toward bedhead beds moves down as the legs are not locking several occasions.

Temperature was set to 24 degrees which I only realised in the morning, wish it was set lower since you cant open windows. Woke up really dehydrated. Air conditioning a bit loud.
