The rooms on the small side. The showers aren't great! Usable but some are small or lack power, or both lol. Like a lot of Blackpool B&b's fixtures and fittings aren't perfect and some updating wouldn't go amiss.

The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfy. The location is great, near train station, near bars and pubs with a great little café just next door. The WiFi is good.

The access to the toilet, also I fell over at the main entrance, with it raining, could've done with a mat or floor element.

There wasn't anything that was really that negative. Previous reviews made me aware of the small space of the room and so I would also mention (again) that the room is small. The twin beds have only the slightest separation between them of just a couple of inches. One of the beds is right up against a wall as well, so if you're in any way claustrophobic or like a good space between beds, maybe reconsider this room. It is also on the top (3rd) floor and the room is only accessible by stairs, so it's not really good for people with mobility issues. The shower cubicle is a bit of a squeeze too.

A very handy location just a short walk from Blackpool North train station. Close to the town centre and the pleasure beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The twin room is very compact but it has everything you need and its own private bathroom. The shower cubicle is small. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It is called a hotel and spa but there are no spa facilities at, so I'm not sure why it's called a spa.

The price was good, it is a great location close to the train station and close to amenities (bars and shops). The room although tiny, had everything we needed for our stay. The owner sent a msg prior to our stay to advise it was a very small twin on the top floor so if it wasn't suitable to book elsewhere which was welcome as we knew what we were expecting. The owner was very friendly when we arrived and checked out. Would happily stay again.

You get exactly what you pay for. No problems, we have used this hotel a number of times and are rebooked at least another 2 times later in the year.

Nice friendly staff, great price and location. This is a budget no frills hotel, but ideal for a day or two.

If I'd paid £100, I'd expect more, but for 50 quid it's great.

You get what you pay for. Stayed before. Basis hotel, always clean, friendly staff. But basic...all facilities needecdoe a quick overnight stay. Clean bed, shower, clean decent towels, kettle with coffee, tea etc and offer for more if required. Room small, but again, great for an overnighter.

The room was a little dated but it was spotless so we didn't mind.

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating, polite and happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Had everything we needed and cafe next door for breakfast. Great value for money

As rooms were compact a public space would have been nice as we were in a group.

The location was perfect for our needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable although compact which we had been made aware of prior to arrival. the owner was helpful and polite at all times.
