The bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated in a seaside theme. I loved the window seat. The bathroom was also spacious and clean and the shower was good. The tea/coffee//hot chocolate was good quality. The owners were friendly and helpful and left some delicious scones, jam and cream on arrival. Although the property is on the main road, it is really quiet through the night. A very short stroll to the beach.

Happy seaside days was truly fantastic, Fully kitted out with everything you need - including real milk for a cuppa!! Clean and bright rooms with excellent facilities. Super comfortable beds, Perfectly located in Coombe Martin. Really enjoyed the little touches especially the Scones, Jam and Clotted cream on arrival. Lovely Hosts 🌟

Martin went above and beyond to make our stay so relaxing. Super friendly hosting. Soooooo incredibly relaxing staying there. LOVE the decor. Absolutely loved the DVD selection of things we hadn't watched in ages. The board games and books are a lovely touch. Scones, strawberries and cream were delicious 😋 Martin made two lots for us! Feels like home should.

Lovely apartment - furnished with a bright seaside / beach theme. Roomy with kitchen incl all facilities needed - fresh scones with jam and clotted cream on arrival were a nice touch. Comfy beds and sofa. We enjoyed playing some board games provided. We had a great stay and would recommend. We were helped in and out with our bags by Martin and he was very accommodating.

There was nothing not to like.

Everything! The room was lovely, it was beautifully colourful with all the amenities you could want. Bed was very comfortable, the walk in shower was great, nice tea and coffee and 2 delicious scones waiting for us on arrival. Our host Martin was fantastic. Made us feel very welcome. He was charming and funny and we enjoyed his company very much. Combe Martin is a beautiful place and we will definitely be going back there and stay at Martins home again. Thoroughly recommend you stay here if you are visiting.

The lack of parking is not ideal but we were able to use a space accross the road and if that wasn't available there is a car park in close proximity that would not cause too much hassle.

Spacious, clean and great location. Friendly owners who greeted us with a warm welcome, fresh scones and treats for the children. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could require.

We completely fell in love with everything about this place. The apartment was big, clean, colourful and just gorgeous. Martin and Natalie are truly the most amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Each time we would come back to the apartment after little adventures into Combe Martin and Woolacombe, it felt like we were going home, we felt so relaxed and at home it was a beautiful feeling. Martin and Natalie have clearly put their heart and soul into their beautiful “happy seaside days” place, what a lovely family they are. We can not wait to come back and visit. Thank you so much for our stay, it really was second to none xx

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished. It had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The extra touches were lovely and well thought out. Natalie and Martin were welcoming and helpful: we really felt like welcome guests. It was the perfect balance of being looked after but left to our own devices.

Everything........ beautiful room and our hosts were lovely and friendly. Tea and coffee making facilities with ample coffee, hot chocolate, tea and biscuits. Scones with clotted cream and jam on arrival. Mini fridge with milk supplied plus wine glasses and bottle opener. We would definitely return

Great apartment, located very close to the seafront. The apartment had everything we needed. The hosts made us feel very welcome, helping take our bags in and our children were delighted with the little surprises left for them. It was a great base to explore the north Devon coast from.

We loved everything!

Great central location. Beautiful and clean. Lovely, lovely hosts. Natalie and Martin were so friendly and we had home-made scones waiting for us when we arrived! Lovely and quiet, very homely. We couldn't have asked for me. Lots to do in Combe Martin, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful few days stay with our three children. The property is in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the beach, and has everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Natalie and Martin couldn't have been more helpful, they even greeted us with freshly made scones still warm from the oven! We will definitely be back!
