Over charging in the bar I didn’t expect to go to the bar for a pint and be charged a service charge is it not a barman job to serve you

People in adjoining room, very noisy. (Probably because there was only a door separating us). Only had 4/5 rooms in so thought it would of made sense to space us out more.

Favourite Hotel. Come every year it’s been opened. Will be returning next year

The only downside was the roads at getting into Salcombe. We visited in December and they were tight, but quieter. I imagine that in the summer there would be lots or reversing back to find a passing place. Also, bearing in mind the proximity to the beach, it’s a shame there aren’t dog-friendly rooms available.

Very welcoming and friendly, the service from the staff was exceptional. Prime location, very peaceful and quiet and superb views! The spa was spotlessly clean, and very inviting. My friend and I both had the “drift away massage” which was very relaxing and professional. Sally (beauty therapist) was wonderful! Highly recommend. Perfect for a girlie weekend to drink Prosecco, enjoy good food and relax! We most certainly will be back! Thank you.

Staff were exceptional, could not have helped anymore. Breakfast is the best we have ever had, so was our evening meal. Our room had a stunning view of the beach. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the complimentary gin & tonic was a lovely touch.The spa was clean and very quiet early in the morning, pool was a very good size with a hot tub, sauna & steam room. The gym is also well equipped and surprisingly big. location is perfect just a 35 minute walk to the beautiful village with lots of shops and restaurants.

Following phonecall requesting room with shower cubicle, room allocated had shower over bath! Staff took a while to change our room. Bed was too high.

A difficult location but free shuttle bus into Salcombe was excellent.

This is our second time going to Harbour Beach Club and each time the staff have been exceptional - they can't do enough for you. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and polite. The hotel is always immaculate and the shuttle to town is fab! The shuttle driver was great and entertained us with facts about Devon on the drive in

There's only one thing we can really say was a negative during our stay. That was unfortunately on our last day at 7am the spa, which had to be closed while we were just entering the pool due to an issue. We were told to come back after breakfast or even after we had checked out but our schedule was tight unfortunately.

The Hotel was very clean and tidy internally. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was very good, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and a decent pool with beautiful views of the countryside. We ate on site and all our meals, that's breakfast and evening, were very good and of a high standard.

Although we enjoyed the food, it was pricey for what it was. Breakfast also was good but there needed to be greater choice and quality. I’ve had better full breakfasts in a B and B.

Every member of staff was naturally friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Lovely touch to have gin available. Free transport a great idea. Spa was very good and the view when eating excellent.
