Tiny room, but we were told. Think very small, though.

A homely welcome came with a small port or whisky, and homemade shortbread! The room was very clean, new, with everything that was needed. Water was hot, bed was comfortable, but the room was tiny. However, this was made clear in the description, and to compensate, there is a huge loungeroom with lots of really comfortable lounges, with a view straight out to the loch. The breakfast is cooked to order with a huge choice, and the room is set up like a genteel tea room. Fabulous.

This was a most beautiful b&b on the edge of the Loch. The hosts were attentive. They offered a tottie on arrival. They had communicated with us before arrival that the room was very small, we did not feel this at all and loved our stay. The bonus that breakfast was included which was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

We were warmly welcomed by our charming host Ghillian, and with a wee dram of Scotch whisky. We stayed in the lovely and very comfortable waterside private accommodation. Superb.

Great location for easy road access for touring, with plenty of parking, and for walking into Ullapool for dinner. Room was cosy but beautifully presented. Great breakfast, pleasant staff and owner. The welcome dram was a lovely touch.

I received a wonderful welcome on arrival. The property has been recently completely refurbished in a very stylish way. The interior is warm and welcoming. There is a very spacious lounge area overlooking the loch. The rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable. All was finished off with a hearty highland breakfast in their dining room overlooking the loch. The property is within easy walking distance of all shops and services in Ullapool.

We stayed in one of the Lochside Cabins which had the best view of the Loch and Ullapool. It is only a short walk to Ullapool where you find great seafood to eat.

Property is bigger than expected. So more people than anticipated. It’s like a uk up market travel lodge. Breakfast only but happy for you to bring your own food and drink into the resident lounge. Room 21 on back so Mountain View and road noise if window open!

Great location, lovely welcome, immaculate, room small but functional. Nice decor in room and bathroom 21. Really comfy bed and high quality linen. Large resident lounge and amazing views.
