the directions to the parking space wasn't well described and we arrived in the dark so was a bit of a task plus very narrow. we have a big estate car. the noise from the fans on the air con/ heating units next door was loud and the bakery starts early so the fans are on early. the lounge could do with blinds as the thin nets give absolutely no privacy as night

loved the location. apartment was ideal for just the two of us, lovely and warm. milk in the fridge and tea etc there which was welcomed. very comfy bed and the location was devine

the front door was a little hard/sticky to open, probably the wet weather, but once we opened it we knew to give it a firm push

The location was ideal for our trip, central to shops, cafes, restaurants, had a great view and very close to most of the things we needed. The property was tastefully decorated, light and airy, extremely comfortable.

The bed was a little soft for our liking and the ventilation for the bakery below, came on at 6am and did wake us. However, I was usually able to go back to sleep for a while longer.

The location of the apartment was great. Lovely view of the harbour and close to all the amenities. The apartment was spacious, well decorated and lovely and warm and cosy.

The bedroom was seriously hot; can't imagine what it must have been like during the heatwave. The room fan/chiller worked OK but it was too noisy to leave on all night. The route from bedroom to toilet is through the kitchen so not ideal.

The location, with views over Dartmouth harbour to the river, is right in the heart of the town. The included parking space was easily big enough for my Audi A6 and not too far away from the apartment. Dartmouth itself is full of nice pubs, restaurants and shops, all in easy reach. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the dining area in the main room is fine for eating in and we made good use of it.

There was a really unpleasant food smell inside the apartment which came from adjacent establishments and meant you couldn’t have the bedroom window open. Not great when you are there on the hottest day of the year! We had to go shopping for air fresheners which helped and we had the fan on in the bedroom at night. The other issue was the access lane to the rear of the property which was really dirty with piled up rubbish. It was also used by dog walkers who didn’t clean up the dog mess. Such a shame as the everything else was excellent.

This is an exceptionally well designed and decorated apartment which has fantastic views to the front from the big bay windows. It is perfectly positioned for restaurants, shops and ferries. Having a dedicated parking space was really handy as we didn’t use the car for the 5 day’s of our stay.

It could get a little stuffy during sunny days, as the large windows could only be opened a little due to us having a small dog, but this wouldn’t be an issue for others.

The location of the property is outstanding, overlooking the harbour right in the Centre of Dartmouth. You’re near all the shops, restaurants and of course the amazing views across the harbour every day! It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities you could possibly need, and we really loved our stay.

There is nothing we didn’t like about this property

The property was very stylish and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. Very central for everything you need in Dartmouth. Car parking is very near by. The staff we very friendly and allowed us to change our booking with no problems.

The only slight downside was being directly above the bakery. They had a large extractor fan on from approx 7am which was quite noisy in the bedroom and they did have to leave it on all night one night due to an issue! ?ovens below the bedroom meant it was very warm in there but there is a fan provided. Oh, and sometimes the smell of ?cheese and onion pasties was a little overpowering! Despite this small issue, it would definitely not put me off booking this apartment again!!

Spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable apartment with all facilities required for a self catering break in Dartmouth. Easy access and private parking space a stones throw away. Fabulous views from the 2 lounge windows over the boat float and river. Prime town centre location. Lovely touches of a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and some seasonal flowers on arrival! :) I would definitely recommend this for any couple wanting a prime position apartment in Dartmouth!

The directions need altering we have visited and stayed in Dartmouth so know it Look for the post box is confusing because most people look for it on the front not in the side street if new to the town. The Alley outside was in need of major cleaning seeing the outside of the flat I was all for leaving it looked so dirty thankfully once inside was excellent. answered if anything else needed on owners survey. We thought it was on the front over the river not over the harbour and over a bakery.the noise from the traffic was 24/7 very loud and also from the holiday makers and dogs barking you had to have the windows open because the heat in the flat from the weather but also from the bakery below which started cooking very early so kitchen nosie and also being in the location pubs cafe it was just food smells all the time mixing with each other.
