Could do with a refurbishement of place especially the showers.

water pressure was really low it was like droplets we had no hot water at first and the room was incredibly hot even with the window open

No staff, room very small, couldnt even stand in the shower and the lock to the door was nailed in with one screw and the walls very thin

The bathroom was dirty floor, shower and toilet looked like they needed a big bleach and clean. Could also hear people in the corridor and outside the building as if they were in the room with you. Bed was really comfortable though and staff where lovely and friendly definitely made me and my partner feel welcome. Shower also didn’t work. I cant judge this hotel 100% as it feels like it might be brand new, would definitely revisit in a year as I feel like maybe improvements would be made by then

Had the wrong name on the front. Carpet was smelly, curtain was thin and no blind in the bathroom. Toilet overflowed onto the roof below.

A negative would be that the outside of the property could have better signage as we walked past whilst trying to find it.. But that had no impact on our stay we all had an amazing sleep ☺️

Omar was the best part of the stay! He was amazing and always available to help. Allowed us early check in and stored our bags securely after check out so we could enjoy our last day on the beach without dragging our luggage around! He even met us at check out to help carry our bags down from the 3rd floor 😁The location of the property is fabulous! Right on the main strip with views of the sea… We stayed in a triple room on the top floor the room was clean and had everything we needed.

Room too small for double bed and booked as for mother and daughter, should be two beds ,views yo dirty roof where waa observed water pouring from the pipe all night from the opposite window

Hotel was dirty first room wasn't fit for a double bed to hot and uncomfortable mattress disgusting and dirty first time rang customer service the lady I spoke to wasn't helpful and did not care one bit about our problem and didn't do anything to try to resolve the situation. Pictures on the site do not match the rooms no side lamps. Shower pressure rubbish and kept going cold balcony dirty and no seating out there. Strong smell of weed in the corridors. The location was good as it was near to the sea front and town, Sam from customer service was amazing he did every thing he could to assure we had a good room and a nice stay

Very dirty, all beds were filthy, stained mattresses , one of them with blood all over, dirty bed sheets , dirty toilet stained with Urine and everything else, no tv remote to work the TV. Awful noise of water and boilers so loud until around 3 am , we couldn’t sleep, nobody to call if needed anything , no rubbish bin inside hotel rooms. Really rude loud neighbours , drunk arguing and banging all night long keeping everyone awake which isn’t the hotels fault, but nobody to call or report anything to! Dirty floors, hairs everywhere, we brought detol wipes to clean everything.
