Very small window, even closed, you can hear noise from outside.

Located centrally, very near pubs and restaurants. I was there during a festival so it was noisy all day but quiet after 10PM. Room is clean, Toilets are cleaned once or twice and since it is a hostel, you can't expect all customers to be clean.

With no extra facilities, such as community room, drinks on sale, kitchen or kettle it would not be suitable for more than one or two nights . Shower and sinks area needed more care

Great location near the estuary, best coffee shop in Bristol is opposite called Society Cafe. Great beds, enough personal space, no bunks, clean sheets, helpful staff who carried luggage up all stairs.

The bed was too close to each other with no private curtain cover It was a big room with all the beds next to each other so everyone could see each other when sleeping. The room was mixed by men and women, It was a small tie gap to walk in between the bed, people make noise early morning from 6am I could not carry on sleep as they were talking no respect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was nice to see no bunk beds But however there was only one access to a plug for charging and it was not near the bed No kitchen to prepare food. All in all I was only there for 2 days

The biggest annoyance was the fact that you need to give a 20 cash deposit (refundable) which is not mentioned in the policy section but in the “important information” right at the bottom. Otherwise you pay 2 pounds non-refundable and there is a admin fee via the card, so beware!! Not all beds have a plugs next to them either which again, inconvenient. Unlike the rooms, the bathrooms were not that clean, can tell they don’t get checked regularly

The price is good, the room itself was clean and it’s in an amazing location, close to pretty much all Bristol attractions

The only thing that was a bit annoying is the windows in the rooms didnt open much so it was very hot in the room day and night

The hostel has a lack of “soul”, it’s just to sleep and that’s it.. no common areas or facilities (not even a tap to re-fill your bottle of water), no place to store your bags safely in the room or elsewhere. Really strict rules, you have to paid a deposit of 20£ (something that’s is not very common to be honest) and if you don’t have cash , you have to pay an extra 2£ for that deposit.. (I don’t think this is fair.. it’s not the guests fault if you ask a non sense deposit)

Very good price, very good location, super friendly and helpful stuff. The hostel was clean and the beds were confortable (nice to see hostels with single level beds and not the common “bunk beds”)

No common areas to sit. Nowhere to securely store your things in the dormitory. No kitchen, fridge or hot water facilities for drinks. Many other hostels provide these things, but I appreciate that the lack of them is what keeps the price low.

The dormitories offer the lowest cost option for somewhere to stay in the centre of Bristol. As just a bed for the night it is exactly as advertised. The beds have thick mattresses, the bedding is clean and the common toilets, wash basin and shower areas were clean too. The staff manning reception were friendly and helpful.

I don't like because they don't provide proper lockers in the room but they ask for £20 deposit and I didn't understand why?! I booked many times hostels and everyone has a good lockers safe next to the bed!

Double rooms are only mixed, central location - so it is not a quiet place. No common area. Staff will take a copy of your ID, you pay deposit, many rules to follow.

Great location near the water front, with plenty of things to do. Clean place, friendly staff, double room was hostel spacious.

Mattress was quite solid, sheets were ok, but not fitted to size of the bed. Could have done with 2 pillows. Lot of spaces had low ceiling so had to bend over a lot.

Location was good for Bristol centre, room was as expected and suitable for one nights stay without any hassle. Staff were pleasant.
