    There was a pile of mysterious wires in the corner of the room, and the toilet seat was in need of a replacements. The curtains also weren't big enough to cover the entire window.

    The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were silky which I liked, there was also a very big window which was nice.

    Stupid lights on timer in sitting room. I get it but set it for longer. Poorly equipped kitchen very little cutlery

    Dead flies, dirty. If you book for 3 people don’t believe the advert, rather just get 2 rooms. We believed the advert and the “futon bed” was put in the kitchen so people were walking around us to go to the toilet etc. Random strangers. As a woman having random men walking around you at night isn’t the best experience. We talked to the host (calls weren’t answered, we managed to talk to them on booking dot com) and with a rude attitude all they said is that we should have got 2 rooms then. The advert also said that the every room comes with a kitchen, microwave, terrace. Everything is shared. And there wasn’t a microwave, unless it was hidden somewhere. While we were there there was a couple who came to stay, they just left the first night. We were there for work so unfortunately we couldn’t just leave.

    Property not as advertised.. floor mattress is not a futon.. says each unit has its own kitchen, but what you get is just a bedroom all other facilities are communal..

    Made a reservation for a group of 10 friends for a two-night stay starting from New Year's Eve. On the day of the reservation, the host called my friend who made the booking to specify no parties were allowed, which wasn't an issue as we didn't plan on having one. However, due to a friend's illness, the reservation was passed to me to arrange check-in. When I called to confirm details, I was questioned on the reason for the booking and the host misunderstood our intentions, fearing a party despite our explanation of a quiet New Year's celebration. This led to a deadlock where the host advised that we were unable to proceed with our reservation. As a result, he directed us to seek a refund through Booking.com. However, considering the circumstances, it seems unjust that the cancellation and refund responsibility falls solely on us when it was his decision not to allow us to proceed with the reservation. My attempts to cancel our reservation directly with the host were met with resistance, prompting me to reach out to Booking.com's customer service for assistance. During my call with them, it was conveyed that despite the hosts earlier indication of being unwilling to accept us at the property, he had informed Booking.com that there was no issue with our arrival. Given this conflicting information and the discomfort caused by this situation, my friends and I regrettably no longer felt welcome or comfortable proceeding with our stay. Subsequently, we opted not to go to the property, relying on Booking.com's assurance of a potential refund due to our unease. The host has not responded to emails or calls regarding a refund, including Booking.com's engagement on our behalf, leaving us out of pocket during an already challenging time, and our New Year's Eve plans ruined.

    The facilities were terrible. Broken beds & bed bugs. Then when questioned with regards to a reimbursement they would not entertain it. don't stay here.

    I didn't get to stay, property cancelled at 1500 on the day I was due to arrive. Said it was due to a previous guest, which if true is fair enough. However not enough was done to care for the customer that was let down. I had to book a last minute hotel with no guarantee that I would get refunded for the current one until the cancellation was put through the next morning. I appreciate guy was busy sorting out previous guests mess but unless they had someone else staying that night, the current guest should have been a priority.

    Walls were grubby. Other guest kept trying to get in our room so did not sleep well. Parking was not good

    Stayed in London Gate as Harewood wasn't available . We'll stocked. Nice room and on suite.

    The room I chose some one had already dropped their luggage in it and if not that I had no choice at that point I would have never slept in that place

    Was extremely dirty, was no kettle, was no bins in sight, was no tv in the bedroom, drawers were full of rubbish, crisp and biscuits wrappers under bed, was very filthy, and I felt very uncomfortable staying there. Kitchen and bathroom was disgusting.
