Although I used mobile Internet as a back-up, I felt that WI-FI would have been nice as I had a bit of down time during my stay in my room. Remember if parking outside to put handbrake on good and tight as the road is quite steep.

Fantastic location but quiet for being so. Excellent check-in / check-out service and good communication from the property. Excellent bathroom facilities and strong shower. Bigger room than I was expecting and good bed as I got three decent nights sleep.

Towel dryer did not work, towels were not dry for 2nd night.

Handy location very close to pubs and city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was fine.

There was no soap in the shower, no bin in the room and the widow didn't close well so we had to put the heat on and we could hear a lot of noise from the pubs close-by. There was a kettle with a few tea bags in the room but no milk.

The room was very clean and very very close to the city centre. The bed was very comfortable.

No toiletries in the bathroom, not even soap to wash your hands so be sure to bring your own. No hairdryer. Parking outside is very limited but there's a car park nearby, if you contact the host they can advise

Parking was tricky but we were given good advice on where we could go. The kitchen isn't really set up for cooking, very basic supplies. We were woken up by other guests coming and going late into the night... probably a factor of being on the ground floor - a trade of with being close to the kitchen!

What a fantastic location! We couldn't have picked a better place right by the old city walls and a short walk to Free Derry Corner. The room was spotless and the beds comfy. The onsite kitchen was handy when travelling with kids.

Is hard to understand the instructions and which locker you need to open in order to enter, we needed to contact the owner in order to understand the correct door number of the apartment where to enter and to which lock we needed to input the code.

Confusing check in process. Very small. Hard to get in the front double door breezeway. Stairs are narrow and steep. Room is extremely small. Bathroom is small. Overall very difficult to move stuff into room. Location was bad. Parking on a steep hill outside. Very noisy outside until almost 3am with people walking by yelling and making noise.

Great location. Central to everything Derry has to offer. Rooms are a good size and everything was absolutely spotless. Shared kitchen which was well stocked up with breakfast items. Comfortable bed. Will definitely be booking Harvey House again! ❤️

Heating wasn’t the greatest outside of the bedrooms, kitchen was really cold unsure if radiator had been turned off or there was an issue but never spent a great deal of time in the kitchen and didn’t want to be messing about with settings so never bothered too much l

Property was really nice inside and outside, convenient location to bars and shops which is good.

“Breakfast included” should not be listed on this booking nor included in the price, don’t choose this property if you expect an actual breakfast, we went out for breakfast but expected far better to have been included with our stay - two cereal options was about the extent of it and the kitchen itself was less than appetising looking. We were on the top floor, many flights of narrow stairs, not an issue for us but should be noted for anyone who would find this challenging. Beeping from the alarm system downstairs all night - we didn’t contact the host as we felt it was very late when we arrived back and experienced the beeping, so in fairness this could have been sorted had we mentioned it. Street can be noisy at night time.

Central location, decent size room, basic but had what was needed for a short stay. Host was available at the end of a phone when needed, easy to access with instructions.
