The real problem was the room, 1st floor facing the street, so pretty noisy, plus and most important, I know rooms in London are often small and it's ok, but the bed was extremely small, not even a french size for two (basically it was a 120 for two) impossible to sleep with comfort and the mattress was one of the hardest ever tryied. I guess it depends on how much you are paying, for me it was surely too much.

Amazing staff and location! the ladies at the reception were amazing, helped us in any ways, and we know pretty well the neighborhood so we knew the location was amazing.

The location was central and ideal for a business trip. The staff was extremely helpful and let us stay an extra hour (check out) which is much appreciated.

The door staff /receptionists weren’t very friendly, the bed was hard to sleep well in because the pillows were pretty flat and uncomfortable. The window outside our room made an insane noise when the rain splashed on the metal frames. The aircon was insanely loud so we turned it off, and no radiators anywhere in the room or bathroom made it hard to dry our stuff when we got caught in the rain. WiFi didn’t work either.

It was in the perfect area for what we needed, it was nice having coffee/tea/biscuits and free water and muffin in the room and shampoos etc. that’s a nice touch! Towels were lovely and clean.

5 minute adjustment to the hard bed, then out like a light and would definitely visit again..

THE HOTEL JUST MISS THE BREAKFAST ROOM AND SERVICE. However they offer in the room for free a couple of butter cookies, tea, one 250ml bottle of water and one muffin.

The room could be more clean - it wasn't bad, but it was far from very clean, it could be because of the carpet. Definitely, not a big issue. Although the shower is great the shower area is slightly small/narrow.

The room size is quite good and everything is looks new. I really like the water pressure in the shower and it was very simple to regulate the water temperature. Plus, it was very quite - I was great!

Right after checking in and entering the room, I found hair and dirty spots on my bed linen. I've asked the receptionist to do smth with that, the staff member suggested me clean linen, but they couldn't do it by themselves as staff members who do bed come only during work hours. I did check in late in the evening. I was okay with doing it by myself, too, but I was so tired and wanted to have quality service for paid money. I was not satisfied that no one from the hotel team didn't say sorry for this. Maybe this is a usual situation for them. But I was disappointed.

Location is really great, close to metro and bus stations to travel around the city. I liked that the furniture was not too old and the room size is not so big, but also quiet enough for this sum of money.

The only thing that really bothered us was the size and comfort of the bed. It's too small for two average-sized people, seeming more like it's made for one person. Therefore, the nights were not as pleasant as we had hoped.

The room is very clean and tidy. The bathroom floor has a heating function, which is fantastic. The shower temperature control is easy to adjust, and the water pressure is good. There's a good wardrobe and fridge, and also a safety box. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.
