the room is a little small but we knew this when we book it & it was suitable for us, also a the temperature of the room was little cooler than we would have liked.

Bathroom door was on a slider and a bit noisey - worried about disturbing others during the night but that's truly the only thing I can think of as a negative!

Is it like staying at a plush, centre of it all, 5 star+ hotel? No. But it doesn't claim to be. Just a really nice, welcoming place that I'd happily stay at on my own or with the family.

Stayed here because of its location and its great reviews, easy walk to the football ground and beaches. Chris is really nice guy and made us very welcome. Great place to stay too if you follow the NPL for a football weekend away.

Great location - 20 minute (max) walk on the beach into Whitby or Sandsend. So nice to see the sea from your room. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Seriously comfy beds and a lovely breakfast (with plenty of choice) in the morning. Also free parking provided. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay and can’t wait to return!

Nothing that you could find wrong with this B'&B.

Lovely clean well kept house. Close enough to main amenities but quiet too. Owners friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Can't fault the Haven Crest.

There was nothing I did not like.

I travelled for a short personal break and some Christmas shopping in Whitby. I found the staff / owners very helpful and welcoming. Check in was very straight forward. The room was clean and comfortable with the facilities I would expect. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The next time I choose to have a similar break or need to visit for work I will definitely choose Haven Crest.

Nothing really, if there was one thing I'd say it's a little bit of a walk into town but you know the location before you book. Would only suit individuals with no restrictions on walking unless they had scooters.

The location is ideal for both Whitby and Sandsend. Really good value for money. Welcome from Chris was wonderful. Great breakfast and pleasant serving staff. Would happily return next time we are in the area.

Chris and Fay were just so welcoming. Room was lovely. Forgot my cotton pads to cleanse and was so happy to find there was a jar with some in the bathroom! About 10 min coastal walk into Whitby which was beautiful. Breakfast lovely. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely bed and breakfast in a really good location. The hosts were absolutely great, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was a 20 minute walk to Whitby town but was outside the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Easy to find with parking in a great location out of town, lovely coastal walk into Whitby centre. A great bonus The White House Inn across the road serving some good food, ideal if you’ve had a tiring day. The management and staff were extremely helpful from arrival to departure.
