Everything about this B&B is exceptional. Attention to detail and the cleanliness is beyond reproach. The food is high quality and the choice offered would shame many top hotels. The whole experience is truly remarkable. The couple running the establishment are friendly and helpful people and make a visit here all the better. My wife and I are grateful to have this opportunity to share our feelings of the place!

Everything. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly they make you feel at home straight away. Bedrooms are immaculate with comfy beds and everything for your needs. The B&B is spotlessly clean and it’s the best breakfast we’ve ever had. Location is perfect just a couple of minutes and you’re on the sea front. You won’t get a better B&B in Llandudno.

We really enjoyed our stay at Haversham house. The owners were welcoming and friendly and made us feel welcome. The whole place is spotless. Breakfast was fabulous. Offer of a full cooked breakfast on offer with a list of items you choose to make it up. Also, cereals, delicious fruit, yoghurts, jams etc on offer. (The only thing that we would have liked to see is maybe an offer of avocado and eggs on toast as a main for a change maybe. It’s the modern thing now isn’t it! :) A choice of tea and filter coffee in a cafetière offered. More offered which is fab. Choice of toast with more offered which was appreciated by hubby. A price list of the mini bar would be great. Also a price list of the honesty bar in the lounge room. Not that we used it but didn’t see them. The second night we got back just before 11pm and the double doors to the lounge and bar were shut and lights off. We assumed we were not to go in and didn’t check to see if it was locked. Breakfast times are from 8.30-9.15am. We would have appreciated a longer time on the weekend to arrive for breakfast. But we didn’t mind either. Checkout is at 10am. With breakfast very close to this we would have certainly appreciated a later checkout time. 10.30am would have been ideal. We do understand that the rooms need to be prepared for the next guests but this would make quite a difference if you want to relax a bit at breakfast on the weekend then pack up and check out after. The place was lovely and quite both nights we stayed and we enjoyed that there was a bath and shower in our sizeable bathroom.

A more powerful shower and a notch down on the heating!

Spacious comfortable room with settee. Breakfast beautifully cooked to order and all fresh ingredients. Fruit and yogurt starter was delightful. We were made to feel very welcome

Excellent property, spotless everywhere. Wonderful hosts, attentive to every need and couldn’t do enough to make our visit an amazing experience. Breakfast was outstanding, everyone’s taste catered for, locally sourced food cooked fresh. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Llandudno.

Leaving :( I hope we get to stay here again in the future, nothing we didn't like about our stay - perfect What I really didn't like was the fact that although we paid for our stay through booking.com 8 days prior, the hosts have not been paid by booking.com in months (including our payment for our stay). This really is not on booking.com, firstly you are holding money back from small family businesses that can ill afford to have money held up this way in the current economic crisis, if I had known this prior i would have booked directly with the property. Secondly, this throwing a shadow over my own ethics and morals, which means that I now have a bill that is not settled with the property, and it affects my own personal reputation caused by yourselves. In light of this, I will not book any further accomodation with booking.com until I know that this issue is resolved, and just in the next year we will be planning 7/8 trips away (4 motorcycle tours and 4 couples weekends/holidays) so I will not be using booking.com for these at this point in time. I will be writing to booking.com with a seperate formal complaint about this issue, but this is here for other potential guests to consider booking directly with the property whilst this issue is unresolved. There is no reason to withhold payment to this fantastic property!

Property was beautiful, such a fantastic period house with tasteful decoration and a comfortable and welcoming feeling. Hosts were superb, very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Best breakfast at a hotel ever - everything perfectly cooked and hot (sounds strange but it's surprising how many are luke warm) and the quality of the produce included was second to none.

There are no real complaints, but perhaps on a personal level we would have preferred a slightly softer bed. The standard of the bed we had though, was excellent. It was clean and tastefully presented. We should imagine its impossible to cater for all preferences.

We thought the breakfast was superb. They had used quality ingredients, very nicely prepared to our specifications and presented very nicely. There was a great range of additional breakfast fare if you wanted to indulge. Fresh coffee, always good and delicious toast. The tables were dressed nicely and the plates and cutlery were of a high standard. Our hosts were attentive, polite and friendly. Which made it a pleasure to stay and dine there. The dining room was very nice and clean and the furniture was of a good quality and with a little background music it was a great experience. The room very clean and nicely furnished with practical furniture. The room facilities excellent and mini fridge full of drinks was a nice, unexpected surprise. Fresh milk too, for our tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. Hair dryer, ironing board, it certainly was home from home. The bathroom was excellent. The shower was very clean and of a high standard with room to move about and most importantly, plenty of hot water. Beautifully tiled, immaculate clean surfaces and wonderful clean towels. Fresh each day. The soaps and hair products were also of a good quality. The lounge area was also off high standard. It too had a well stocked honesty bar which we thought was excellent. Very comfortable furniture and a pleasant place to sit and relax.
