Very good accomodation Disappointed with parking arrangements better with apartment parking Maybe flat Numbers BMW parked 2 to 3 ft from wall so more or less 2 spaces took up so no spot left on forecourt without blocking exit By flat Numbers I meant on bay flat Numbers so if blocked in you know who's car it is My wife is partially disabled so had to park on car park round corner

Parking was a pain, we ended up quite a few streets away, there was room for 2 cars on the drive, but another car had parked at an angle, making it impossible to park there. We couldn't get the TV to work, kept saying there was no signal, we were only staying one night, so it was not essential for us.

Great location, very clean and tidy, good-sized room with lovely chairs. The bathroom was great, and the mirror was fantastic with one touch on/off. The shower was really good and easy to use. Comfortable beds and plenty of plugs sockets/USB charging points.

Nice big room, plenty of tea and coffee. Really well stocked kitchen with additional supplies such as cereals, tea/coffee (including ground coffee), hot chocolate etc. Two minutes walk from centre of Llandudno, five minutes from the prom and seaside. Parking for a couple of vehicles on the apron on the property but free parking on the road also available.

2nd visit here really enjoyed it. Will be returning. The place was spotless. Lovely communal area, although we only used the kitchen for breakfast. Good location for shops and restaurants.

Minor things but thought we would feedback so they could be looked at as improvements. It was a very windy weekend and the windows did bang throughout the night with the bathroom fan banging also. It seemed the window near the double bed wasn't sealed and the wind just blew the blind in. Also there was no where for you to place belongings in the bathroom, a shelf would be great. Other than those minor things it was a lovely place.

The room was a great size for a family and the kitchen and lounge shared areas were very clean. We used the shared lounge in the evening to watch a bit of TV before the kids went to bed and the kitchen in the morning for breakfast. Both done to a high standard and looked barely used. Location was great right in the centre. We would definitely stay again.

It's wasn't a dislike, I thought I was getting a room with a little kitchen but this wasn't the case. So if you are unsure what your booking then message the property owner she's really nice.

Everything the room was large with the double one end and the singles the other. The kitchen had four separate tables for different families. It was really clean and the beds reminded me of premier in beds. 5- 10 minute walk to the town and beach.

Probably could do with a fan in the room as it was really warm weather.

Good location, close to pier and modern. Very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully stocked with cereal, milk, eggs, and dishes to use. Kettle is available in the room with teabags, milk, and coffee (biscuits, too!). The room is spacious, and iron was available on request.
