Mentioned shower pressure was bad but was apologetic and said would get someone onto it straight away. Stairs were not good with dogs but would go again without them

The Christmas decorations were a special touch. The double bed comfy, nice deep bath, washer/dryer helpful. Cosy couches with blankets, Netflix availability, close to shops and pubs

Brilliant flat to enjoy the best Howarth has to offer

I only have three reservations but stress these did not mar our perfectly pleasant stay 1.The rear staircase entrance is essentially a metal fire escape type and can be slippy in the wet and i wouldn't advise this flat for anyone with mobility issues (and potentially overindulgence issues) 2. i understand that it is an old building but a few fixtures and fittings needed attention specifically a bath towel rail in the main bath room was extremely loose. 3. After a long and very wet walk to Top Withens we couldn't find anywhere to hang our coats and obviously didn't want to drape these over the very nice furniture

The location couldn't be better it is as central as you can possibly get and is a quite a large homely flat. Being opposite the church and barely 20 yards from several pubs all with excellent food was also a big bonus This is a perfect location for any Bronte enthusiasts as was the main purpose of our visit. Although it is directly above Cafe verde we didn't have issues and frequently purchased Cappuccinos from them. As advised we couldn't put our slightly larger SUV through to the rear car park but the extremely friendly landlord at the black bull opposite allowed us to park there for a couple of days. we were obviously then forced to return the favour by attempting to drink the bar dry!!! (very good food to) this was out of season so be aware this entirely unofficial but friendly agreement will most probably not be available during busy periods

There was no way I could get my car under the arch to get to the parking space- it was far too narrow. The access to the property (metal fire escape stairs) might not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Plenty of room. A relaxing environment. Excellent location on the cobbles with a lovely view of the street and church. Netflix was a welcome surprise. The accommodation had a homely feel.

Only 1 negative, a couple of the beds mattresses weren't great, single bed slats and mattress especially but as it was so reasonably priced even that can be forgiven.

Perfect location in a beautiful village. This property has literally everything you need in it, from an iron to a pizza cutter! Decor is dated and mismatch but look past that, its very clean.

the only reason I marked it down was because there is a picture of a seating area (which I imagined having a glass of wine with friends and the dog) but it doesn't exist and think it's actually the car parking area..... also..absolutely not the owners fault.. but the pubs, directly opposite, had loud music and drunk shouting people until after midnight..I loved the live band belting out 90s hits..unfortunately my 6 year old didn't.. so didn't sleep and was grumpy and tired the next day.. so definitely better for friends wanting to enjoy a weekend then families

Amazing location, right in the middle of Haworth ..a listed building that oozed history...absolutely beautiful location, pubs, cafes, quirky shops.... child (and British Bulldog) friendly walk to the waterfalls or withens/wuthering heights for more serious walkers...The house was big, roomy, clean, lots of. extra big pillows provided on request...

Only minor but there was no lock on the main bathroom door and the scart cable was missing from the dvd player. Wouldn’t have been bothered as has Netflix on the tv but we brought a dvd to watch together and couldn’t watch.

Fantastic location right opposite the church and the Black Bull pub. Spacious apartment comfortably slept 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Had everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal. Good wifi and smart tv with Netflix login provided.

The entrance is up 2 flights of iron steps. We had to carry the dog up and down, and it might be difficult for some people.

The apartment is in a prime location to everything, walks, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you might need. We will definitely be visiting again!

Steps to the entrance are fire escape style steep and slippy totally unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issue. There is no lock on the bathroom door which is unacceptable and could be easily remedied. Property is advertised as having 2 sofa beds. There are no sofa beds. There is a chair bed In The main bedroom that unfolded flat, and there is a mattress ( similar to that found on a sun lounger) in the smaller double bedroom. Neither were made ready for our 6th family member. We had to make up the bed for my 14 year old nephew using both the chair bed and putting the mattress on top. It was still quite uncomfortable and too small. Would not be suitable for an adult. All of the wardrobes had items of bedding pillows etc thrown haphazardly in them taking up a lot of space. The towels and bedding although clean are well used and quite poor quality.

Location is excellent. Owner was quick to answer questions and was helpful in allowing a slightly later check out on New Year’s Day. Property was clean Furnishings were dated but in a decent condition. Price was good for a party of 6

    We liked everything.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was spread out over 2 floors with 3 comfy cosy bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. Both great Views on either side of the apartment, one of lovely countryside and one of centre of Haworth. Location perfect for a stay to Haworth made better with the 60’s themed weekend and 60’s music that was played from the pub across from the apartment. It was cosy and clean and had very good facilities with Netflix and Wi-Fi provided on the smart TV. The beds were very comfy and we had a good night sleep. We are pleased we booked here to stay. Reasonably priced too.

The property was dusty assumingly due to the electricians who rewired the property the day before. The carpets had not been refitted down correctly and the screw to the carpet rails were still sticking up, which I cut my foot on. At the right side of the kitchen the units are loose, the bathroom towel rail was hanging off along and the hot water tape is loose. Bannister is loose which could have affected someone older or needing the assistance. There were no tea towels and no welcome pack (e.g. tea, sugar milk), the wrong Password was given to us so we could not get any Internet and could not log into Netflix plus the DVD player isn't even connected to the TV. I highly recommend they move the dumped fringe and chairs at the back and put better signs out saying the toilets for the café are below and not up stairs in the apartment. Even the mattress in the front large top bedroom is old with marks on it and split from age. Overall I felt like someone had lent us there flat for the weekend on the cheap.

The only good thing was that the property is located at the heart of Haworth Bronte Land.

the property was pretty shabby and dirty - I would not recommend. electrical faults caused all electric to go off 3 times - fuse box in loft hatch was horrible and looked dangerous. scruffy handwritten notices made the property feel like a slum. I’ve never stayed anywhere as seedy and dirty. dirt around sinks and taps. taps throughout loose and badly fitted. too many negative things - completely disgusting.
