So amenable to our needs from before our stay and during. The room was beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious! Very friendly.

My sister and myself stopped for 1 night b+b at this lovely accommodation. The owners have been there for 8 yrs and they have made it a lovely gem of a find.i would highly recommend the accommodation, they also have self-catering accommodation, and also dog friendly. The breakfast was great all quality butcher's products. Off road car parking.we will definitely be returning. The owners are so informative and nothing is to much trouble.

We didn’t dislike anything.

The property had lots of chacacter especially in the actually farm house where we had breakfast. Paul and Sarah have done a fantastic job at renovating the property.

The heating was turned off during the night and it became quite cold. The location was OK but the walk into town became chore as the weather was cold and wet.

The breakfast was amazing, the hosts were very helpful and informative and the room was clean and well provisioned.

Shame that the road into Buxton town centre looks a bit ‘unloved’ but only 10 minutes to the town.

Great welcome. Nice room albeit not much larger than the bed. Good that it was close to the golf course for a dog walk. Fabulous breakfast. A nice stop enroute to The North (or, I suppose, The South if coming the other way).

The room was right on the car park so felt a little on view from the bedroom. Maybe some vertical blinds would help?

The room was clean and well appointed. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location just outside Buxton but walkable into town. Nice place can recommend it.

The place was cosy and easily accessible. The room was very nicely decorated and got the homely feeling. Was clean and comfortable. The hosts Paul and Sarah are a very friendly and cheerful couple. The breakfasts were the best we ever had from any b&b stay. There were many breakfast choices to choose from. The quality of the breakfast was very yummy. Definitely a good choice for stay in Buxton.

There was nothing not to like! My partner found the bed a little too hard for him but I found it comfortable.

Loved the way the rooms had been converted with the glass fronted seating area. Our room had some lovely touches and all to a high standard and the shower was amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful and provided a delicious breakfast catering for my partner who is celiac and me as a vegan. .

Me and my partner had a very comfortable and relaxing one night stay. We received a warm welcome on arrival, was also given great advice and recommendations on where to eat and drink in the evening which was within walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean and body wash and shampoo is provided. There are 2 charge points so you can top up your charge over night Perfectly cooked full English the next morning I would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the near future.

So different to anywhere we stayed before.only 15-20 mins walk from centre of Buxton. super friendly hosts with a delicious breakfast (great gluten free options for my wife too). Definitely recommend and will stay again if we go to Buxton. Thank you. Dan & Vicky

Even though location was good you still have about 10-15mins walk to town which is ok going but uphill walking back taxis however about £5

We had 2 rooms and we all loved the quirkiness of the old farm n the bedrooms the breakfast was lovely the rooms very comfortable and clean and the host where most welcoming great stay for our family party we was attending

The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed in it. It only took us about 10 minutes to walk into central Buxton, where there were plenty of restaurant options. The hosts were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We were travelling with a one-year-old and they made sure that we had everything we needed, plus were able to give us family-friendly ideas for things to do and places to eat. The breakfast was also delicious! Would definitely stay again!
