Hayloft was probably in the most beautiful location I have ever stayed in. I love the Southwest of England and the setting of Hayloft showed the beauty of this region perfectly. I wish that I had brought an OS map with me because the walks were fantastic and there were footpath signs left, right and centre when we walked up the hill. We had a little private garden, which was charming. There was a walk mown into a nearby meadow too. The cottage was comfortable and very clean. My bedsheets were very soft and I slept like a top.

There was nothing we did not like about our cottage. We would highly recommend staying there . Just one little idea. A radio in the cottage would be ideal.

There were no cereal bowls but this was not the end of the world

Lovely quiet location, absolutely perfect for the dog with the private enclosed garden and close to lots of attractions. The beds were really comfortable and it was very clean

So glad we found boswell farm cottages, we have stayed in 2 now, location perfect for us and our pooches, comfortable and well equipped. Fabulous walk into sidmouth via the Byes park, about 3 quarter to and hour stroll. Local pub friendly and dogs allowed too.

I brought sofa throws and extra towels. We were very lucky we didn’t have a drop of rain, but I would have been concerned about the carpets. Parker the dog loved the carpet…he is used to a wooden floor, so he thought it was luxurious!!!

The location was perfect. Beautiful countryside views, but walking distance to the high street (remember a torch) The size of the cottage is generous with 2 large sofas in the living area. Perfect, everything great!

As the weather had been extraordinarily wet the garden was very muddy right close to the patio doors. I would have been less worried about the dog coming in with muddy paws if there had been a plastic runner or something under the rather small mat provided. I brought plenty of towels with us but it was a bit stressful to keep the carpet mud free.

Lovely clean property with modern kitchen. Private garden was a real bonus.

Everything was just perfect. I was positively surprised how cute the cottage was. It had Everything i needed including very private and dog safe south facing garden overlooking Devon's countryside. I have never had such relaxed holiday. I wish i could have stayed longer 🥰

It is in a lovely quiet location. The property was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The added advantage with two dogs was a safe secure garden.

The water pressure in the shower but cottage is like 100 years old, they did warn us and the water comes from a natural spring! So really just being picky!!!

Location was great, the views from the cottage were lovely. If you didn’t want to see anyone you didn’t have to, could have total privacy. Pub was great up the road. Cottage had everything we needed- when we asked for a table in the garden it was delivered straight away with no issue.
