It doesn't make me fell secure as the same key is used to open the main door and my room. That means all guests in the same building has the same key to open all rooms. It will be great if the hotel has separated keys provided to open the main door and the room, and insert locks in the room so that people from the outside cannot open the room at night.

The worse part was the shower. No water pressure at all from the shower. I have long hair and it was really annoying. Also, for the price I would have expected some conditioner.

Perfect location with many options in the public transport. Close to airport and city center (30min walking, 15min tram). Big room with free options of coffee and tea (amd cookies) available on the room. It was also great having a mini fridge in the room. Beds were big and it was great to have an extra bed for my 2 years old son. Some hotels just assume/expect he would just sleep with us. There were many restaurants closed by which was also really handy. Scottish breakfast was delicious although I was missing more options in the buffet and lactose free milk could have also been an advantage. As an overall, I loved our stay there. Nice hotel, nice people and great time.

Location is fantastic, literally 2 mins walk from bus and tram. Very comfortable bed, rooms is toasty, nice hot strong shower. Great WiFi signal in the room, big screen TV. Many restaurants nearby, we tried a few and all are yummy. Also a tesco express just round the corner. I booked well in advance, so it’s great value too. If you have heavy suitcase, be warned that’s no lift.

Overall I was happy with the hotel, so I don't have anything to add here.

Hotel is accessible to the city centre by a number of buses and the tram. There are lots of little cafes in the area, if you decide not to include breakfast in your booking although there is an option to eat breakfast in the hotel. We paid for a superior room and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible drain smell in our room coming through the shower. Pre-booking info suggested that our room came with champagne - but meant you could order it as an extra, so not well written description.

The pillows were very firm and although I had a choice of four my friend and I both had problems with our necks and could not get comfortable. The rooms could do with a little bit of refreshing but nothing major

The property was close to the station and tram stops. It was over four properties which was fine once allocated a room. We had one in the basement but it was secure and accessible. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower and was clean and comfortable. We had a nice room with a coffee machine and hairdryer provided along with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. There was a bar if wanted and the breakfast room was lovely decorated nicely and comfortable

Room was great. It was convenient and on the main floor which is good and bad since we could hear all the people coming and going in the late/early hours of the day, this is simply because its a beautiful old building and not as sound proof as newer hotels.

The bed make up was a bit weird- room 55 - covers over the out of line 2 bases angling and draping everywhere. It made me a bit suspicious of the cleanliness and comfort of the bed- which actually ended up being fine !

I'm autistic and the busyness, electronic noise , echoes of big hotels can be overwhelming. A series of houses worked much better - specially because I was in a top room.

the metal strip on the floor between room and bathroom was a little loose and made a noise when stepping on it. I could sometimes hear people moving in front of my door as it was directly by the stairs.
