One thing I do have a complaint about is the bed, although the mattress was comfy, the best was a metal bed frame and to even move your arm a fraction it would squeak let alone turning your whole body around, it did wake me up every movement made. And the lack of directions when we got there, we were so so grateful to Joan that we could check in earlier, however the girl who I assumed was the cleaner handed up our keys showed us to our rooms and that be it, no explanation as to where to put the key at check out and there were no signs about that either, so as we left pretty early for our flight I left the key in the door of our room.

Very handy property, a 4 minute drive from the airport, a handy bus service just around the corner to! Also the owner let us check in earlier when I rang and asked as we had an early flight in, so with a slight fee we were able to check in at 11am and we were ever so grateful for this after travelling since early hours! The cleanliness was good, no complaints about that. Working tv in the room, fridge and microwave with a kettle. Also free range of the breakfast area that was open all hours.

Signs need to be better on the outside... no street lighting so at 2am it was very difficult to find and taxi just dropped us in the middle of the street.

A lovely house, and cute... Beds were very comfortable. And a very large room which fit us all very comfortably.

It would probably have been great during the summer season when the pool and spa area is open. Maybe a bit more savoury stuff for breakfast, we only had cheese for one of the day :)

The rooms are sadly looking tired. We had 2 double beds and 2 kids sofa beds in the room so it felt very cramped and unnecessarily full of stuff but the only hanging space was in the bathroom in front of the shower so clothes get wet when you come out. Things need painting, bathroom tile grout very mould stained and looking grubby, light fitting had missing bulbs, curtain not on rail fully and moving one of the bedside tables, we found old chips under it. The host didn't speak much English and was very unavailable, which isn't really her fault but very unhelpful if you want to ask anything.

The room was very well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, TV. Bed comfy and nice and quiet. Good pub to eat about 5 mins walk away and easy bus ride into Gatwick. Very convenient.

The house was beautiful and cosy! Liked how we could use the kitchen 24/7 etc. Good place to stay on a budget if you're needing to stay somewhere before your flight.

Didn't like the bathroom and toilet being used by other guests, although clean, were told for our use only.. TV channels had no service for live programmes and news Under chest of drawers and beds floors was a bit dusty. The front door didn't feel secure as one screw was missing from the fixture and wobbly. No reception and no information on where to leave key on check out. Could do with a key box.

Ali Oulmoi who greeted us on check in was helpful, kind and polite. Small kitchen/dining room was full of snacks cereals and beverages, opened 24/7. Abundance of clean towels. Beds and mattresses were okay. Room and sink fairly clean. Facilities like hair dryer iron, fridge, microwave and kettle provided. So are bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar. Bathroom large and toilet clean.

Hard to check in, coulsnt find anyone for ages when we arrived. Felt a bit weird at times like someone's home.

Although I had the address my sat. nav. took me to the road, it didn't take me directly to the property. I struggled to find the property in the dark. When I rang to ask... was told it was across the road from where I had stopped to ring, but the small Hazlewick sign is not easily discernable in the dark when you're visiting the property for the first time especially on a road with lots of other large properties with long drives... No immediate facility to announce arrival for check in, had to ring on my mobile to summon.. then small wait to be attended. No floor shower mat provided for exit of the ensuite - shower On pulling back the duvet to get into bed, the bedding indicated that someone had previously slept on it, on the sheet was a couple of very long dark hairs and a small innocuous bit of debris, tissue. To be fair the bedding didn't smell of a previous occupant thankfully, but neither did it smell freshly laundered. Appreciate taxi information (UBER not avail.)for Gatwick Airport ( close proximity you can walk ) is an additional courtesy provided for guest convenience but one of the recommended providers quoting £20 + Evo more realistically £12.50 but don't like card.... you'll need cash !

Miscellaneous teas to choose from, coffee, milk, juice, packet cereals, bread, croissants, a bowl of apples - available 24/7 on a help yourself basis. Parking available on site for first night of stay and £5 per day chargeable thereafter Large full length mirror well positioned, Clothes hanging space, Kettle in the room Easily accessible power points. Shower had power and water temperature easily regulated. On check in suitcase was carried upstairs to the room allocated.

Advertised as having a resteraunt, hadn't eaten all day, single traveller in unfamiliar location, a day of delays and travelling, just wanted to eat and sleep. The "resteraunt" was a pot noodle in a room with a table, u could also have microwaveable pizza at £5! i feel you are stretching it to call it a cafe, let alone restaurant. Also the sink in the bathroom was so small you could barely wash your finger tips let alone clean teeth with out drowning the bathroom

refused to eat breakfast it was awful, pots of nearly empty jam which anyone could have previously used. cheap bread. etc. creaky beds, paint peeling off, bed held together with bits of wood, went for swimming pool which was too cold and hot tub which wasn't switched on so waste of time.

Working hot tub after a long day of travel and a £17 taxi ride each way to airport

Breakfast was slim pickings, host made us wait a long time at front door and was never to be seen again the shower got stuck on and another guest helped us turn it off as couldn’t locate host, hot tub was advertised and not in use, we could hear everything from the other rooms,long walk to nearest food source a pub located on a walk through the cemetery and dark at night
